should be zero stars----extremely poor customer service---too busy to help customers-- when a prescription is not available they just delay the date date-- they could care less to let anyone know. if you are out of medicine-- tough luck do not use this store.

No recommendations for improvements, only compliments. My wife and I would like to highly commend Karen, the pharmacist, as well as her staff for their exemplary customer service. Karen sets the ideal example for her staff, as she's extremely competent, kind, and a consummate professional in every respect. Karen treats customers like family, and my wife and I are grateful to CVS for having such an outstanding pharmacist who represents CVS with great distinction. Please let Karen know her good work is very much appreciated, and we will remain loyal CVS customers. Edward & Donna Duvin.

Come to the location and stand in line. The cage was still up and one of the workers was happy to assist another man in front of me but then turned to me and said they were closed for lunch. When I asked how to get my prescription switched to another pharmacy she rudely responded “all pharmacies are closed from 1:30-2”. If you are closed then have the cage down and don’t assist another customer less than 10 seconds prior then say you are closed. Did not get her name but she had very poor customer service and was a short lady with glasses.

This is the fastest, friendliest pharmacy. They almost always answer their phone, which is amazing for a CVS. They went above and beyond to help find my medication and get my insurance to cover. Great group!

I would give 0 stars if I could. In line to pick up a prescription well before 1:30 and they announce they will fill your prescription if you were in line. They helped on person after that and told the rest of us we have to wait until 2pm. Another issue o have with this pharmacy is that you have to actually call them to fill a prescription or they just sit on it. I have transferred most of my meds that I have to take regularly to another cvs location due to the lazy staff at this location. I would not recommend this pharmacy at all. I have used them for over 5 years and they started going downhill about a year ago. The absolute worst!

By far the best pharmacy I've used. Your not a number here, and with all the power pharmacies now hold. It's AWESOME to see those abilities be used to help, and that's what they do. From dealing with Drs, to answering the phone, to never having a long wait!I hear a lot of people complain about their pharmacy, but I love mine! :)Thank you Ladies!!!

Went cvs in target to get my colonoscopy prep medicine today. I was surprised to find that cost of the medicine is over $100 now vs $20 about 10 yr ago. Ms. Young Joo Ryun was so nice to explain to me and went above and beyond to help get a coupon from the venders website for me. Lucky CVS to have such a nice and professional employee there.

Best pharmacy in Denton, hands down. Friendly helpful staff. Updated to add that this is the only pharmacy that gets my business in Denton unless I need an overnight script. Love them!

I have problems with this place every time I need to refill a prescription (every month). My doctor has me send in the refill request electronically and she refills it for me when I need more, but EVERY SINGLE TIME, CVS sends me a text saying, "your doctor did not authorize your refill request," then the app won't allow me to resend the request. I know my doctor wouldn't deny my request, SO, I call them and they tell me to call my doctor, I call my doctor, who then tells me she already sent in the refill a while ago, then I call CVS again and somehow now they can fill it? I go through this process every single month. I'm not sure if this is a website problem or an employee problem. In person, the pharm tech's are usually very nice. I have anxiety about making phone calls, and I can't even take my medicine because CVS screws it up and I have to wait.

I’ve had some complicated issues arrive due to my insistence and doctor, and the pharmacy techs at this location have not only been patient, but went above and beyond to comfort and aid, providing detailed information on next steps to solve all my problems.

They inactivated my meds and now I have to call my doctor to get new ones!!! They said because I moved and told them I would no longer be filling at their location, that is what they decided to do. So when my new pharmacy called to transfer my prescriptions, they couldn’t!!!! Beware.... if you move they will bite you!

Shelf merchandise is somewhat overpriced as are most major pharmacies however they can help you find what you need from the well stocked drug store supplies. The pharmacists and staff have been very helpful to me and CVS operates more efficiently in refilling prescriptions on my behalf. Very pleased with their service. This pharmacy being inside Target doesn't have all the other things that free standing CVS stores have.
