After the worst experience by far trying to use my care pass and coupons, the manager Angel, was so rude and the cashier was hateful and inexperienced in helping the customer use the coupons and care pass. I was blamed for their lack of experience and inability to assist me to get the coupons to work. He then ordered the cashier to remove products I had already paid for and after being so frustrated with their lack of professionalism I left the store not realizing that Ithey didn’t give me everything I had purchased. My son showed me that I was missing 1 product. I couldn’t bring myself to go back and even get it after everything I had already been through with the staff. I also recorded Angels unprofessional behavior

What a horrible service they render at this Pharmacy location , when picking up prescription one has to wait in line outside or inside forever and they always looking so mean. The worst part of it all is that you can never get across to an associate on the phone. This is very frustrating, it’s time for me to look for another pharmacy.

I Was Shopping At CVS Pharmacy Today And I Went In The Restroom With My Pregnant Wife To Help Her And The Manager Of The Store Who Told Me His Name Was Angel Started To Bang On The Door And Tell Me 2 People Are Not Allowed In The Restroom I Calmly Explained To Him Our Situation And Was Very Respectful With Him And Angel Thretened To Call The Police On Me And My Wife And Started Being Very Rude With Us Telling Us To Leave And That If He Sees Us On The Property Again He Will Call The Police. A Few Weeks Ago We Had Came To CVS To Shop And Angel Had Followed Us Through Every Aisle And Watched Us The Entire Time Until We Were Finished Shopping. I'm Not Sure What This Guy Is Mad About But He Continues To Harass Me And Bother My Family Everytime We Come Here. I Recommend Avoiding This CVS And Heading Across The Street To Walgreens They Are Very Nice And Respectful Over There Maybe Angel Can Learn Something From His Competition Across The Street.

Spare yourselves and go elsewhere!!! This place is the slowest place on the planet!! They let cars sit at the drive thru window for twenty minutes at a time or longer!!! They always have a line… even inside… just don’t do it to yourself!! I’m changing our family over after years of accepting this as normal.

The pharmacists at this CVS are nice and helpful but seriously swamped 24/7. Landfills of prescriptions pile up at this location so it could definitely take them forever to catch up. They do their best with what they're given, but ouch. Gotta feel bad for them.

Very poor service.never received message that medication ready and when i reach there telling me not able to give right now because we are in lunch break. On website telling 24 hrs open nothing mentioned about lunch break hours

Idk how this even happened. On Christmas day I ran in to buy a redbull before heading to my family's. Used the self checkout and noticed my receipt said 120 something dollars on it. Never left the store and walked right over to the clerk who told me they couldn't issue me a refund bc one of the items was a gift card. Hilariously I was also told gift cards couldn't be bought at self check out. Was given a receipt to follow up with corporate but my wife went to the hospital a few days after and i forgot so ig that money is gone. Never returning to this location.

The pharmacist (of asian descent) gave my daughter EXPIRED meds, told her that the ‘manufacturer says it’s good for another 6 months’ and was trying to force her to keep it! She told him she didn’t want to get already expired medicine from the pharmacy and wasn’t putting expired meds in her body! This is unbelievable! So folks, check your meds for expiration dates before you leave there.
