Absolutely outstanding help from a gentleman by the name of Sam. My phone would not turn on for anything and after going to T-mobile and Metro PCS for phone help both locations suggested to buy a new phone. I walked into CPR and Sam soft reset my phone and got it to turn on within 2 minutes of being there. Also took the time to explain to me how the charging port pins and cleaning process works.(Due to me thinking I had a bad charging port). After he checked my phone for any internal damage messages/error codes in the cache he did not find anything. After getting me fully operational again I asked how much I owed him for his time and to my surprise he said ,”nothing at all and he was glad he could help.” Sam, thank you again sir! I hope I never have to go to a cell phone repair shop again but if I do, you will be my first call sir.

Had them switch out my phone screen for being cracked 2-3 weeks ago. Then a few days ago at work my phone completely blacked out. Took it in thinking my warranty would cover it and the guy said it looked like my phone had damaged so they wouldn’t cover the warranty…. $300 spent for nothing. Trash customer service

Awesome and quick service. I reserved a time slot thru my device protection service and CPR called me not long afterward to let me know that I can take it in early. A different company accepted my repair appointment, then told me the next day that the person who fixes phones was going home early. CPR was quick, friendly and professional. My screen replacement was done perfectly and had me on my way in under an hour.

I dropped my phone and needed screen replaced. The team ordered it and it came in the next day.
Later, I needed a screen protector. I ordered my own and Sam, the manager, installed it for me at no charge.
These professionals do a great job and are great communicators. I think they take care of items covered by Assurant insurance, also.
I highly recommend them. So glad I was referred to them by a company in town who only repaired Apple phones. Mine is a Motorola.
I have a tablet and it needs some attention.
I will bring it here...no question! ?

I took my phone to CPR after it started acting up, and they did an amazing job! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they had my phone fixed in no time. It’s running perfectly now, and the service was fast and affordable. If you’re looking for a trustworthy place to get your phone repaired, I highly recommend CPR!

Hector was very helpful with my Samsung screen replacement. He was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what the process was. He fixed it in just over an hour and I was able to get back to work. Their shop is really clean and both gentlemen were super friendly when entering the store. I will definitely use their services again if the need arises.

Very very bad business . I went in to see why my battery wasn’t charging and the guy at the front said give me 10 mins it might only need cleaning so after he cleaned the phone charged n I paid him 20 dollars to clean it cool then after I got home i tried calling my mom I could hear her but she couldn’t hear me and I must remind y’all I had no issues with the microphone until he so called cleaned it I brought it back they tried to charge me 120 for something I didn’t even mess up … I only brought the phone in for a battery issue n now it’s a microphone issue ? I’m a man before anything if I messed it up ima own up to it n pay to get it fix…but I didn’t mess it up they did .Long story short I’m highly disappointed n wouldn’t recommend this place to a rat

My daughter damaged her phone with water. She’s young so I didn’t want to spend money on a new phone. I took it here and paid the $60 for the dehydration they offer for water damage and the diagnostics. I was so lucky that the dehydrating worked and the phone was fix. Hector helped me on the first day and the second day when picking up my phone. He was super nice and informative and very helpful.

The employees were very helpful and especially quick to make the repair to the front screen of my husband's phone. I was informed by the representative at T-mobile that this place didn't take walk-ins, but they informed me that's incorrect. They do take walk-ins and appointments. They're easy to find and are located in a busy area. I will make sure to take any further repairs to them. Thank you.

I went to CPR and had screen protectors put on.The staff were great!I wasn't charged for the service because I came with protectors in hand.I would recommend CPR anytime!
