The salesperson was helpful in finding the mattress that was right for us. We were able to complete the order during our visit, even though it was close to closing time.

Delivery window was changed without notification. Because no one was at the delivery location 30 minutes before window delivery was not made. Not the way to treat any customer, but certainly not a customer of 15 years and 14 purchases. We canceled the order and will not be shopping at Conn’s again.

I was given false information during my purchase. On top of that my furniture order was post poned an entire month from the date I was supposed to receive it. The person who place barely explained all the fees and straight up lied about the total I would be paying. The person in question didn’t even give me his name because I feel he’s had Situation like this before he just gave his initial for z

Do not go to this Conn’s. Went to help my grandmother purchase a mattress , sales associate said everything is taken care of and when they delivered it , it was the wrong one. Mind this my grandparents thought they were going to receive the correct order so therefore they signed that paper. (They are Hispanic so the letter to sign was all in English ) So “since we signed a piece of paper” they can no longer help us. In their words “it’s out of our hands” have fought a whole week just to return the $350 box spring we did not order. No luck unfortunately. We went into the store and ordered the correct one. Tried to return the wrong mattress spring that was ordered but couldn’t since we signed that paper and can’t be taken off our billing. Got the statement in and billing is not right and they are charging us for an error of a sales associate. Instead they are charging us 1500 more. Very very upset as my grand parents who are Conn’s members for 10 years now, are going to join another furniture place because it is not our fault..and we are being belittled by this whole situation and from reading the reviews I believe this is happening a lot. All we wanted is to return the item and get that amount taken off and one of the sales associate said “it’s only $6-$12 a month if anything. That’s NOT the point ..

Our salesman's name is Z. He was very personable the entire time we were present in the store. Any questions that we may have had, he took time to answer those. He didn't rush our process and although it was a bit lengthy, given the fact that we were coming from our of state, he took the time to get us approved!!!! We will always recommend and look forward to working with Conn's again in the future!!!
