I can’t say enough good things about Demarkous and Anthony at Mazda pre owned! They were not pushy and so patient unlike other dealerships in this area. I will recommend and come back to this location to work with them in the future!

I just purchased a pristine 2013 Toyota Tacoma from this fine dealership. The price was very reasonable, and the truck is in excellent shape. I looked at several other vehicles and was immediately impressed with their condition. This dealer does not sell lemons. Negotiating was quick and reasonable, with no shady business. The staff was professional, polite, and honest. Ask for Markous, he will hook you up and he doesn't play games. If you are looking to buy a used vehicle, you can't go wrong with Denton Pre-Owned. I was not offered any sort of incentive for submitting this review, like some of the used car dealerships. I'm doing this as a satisfied customer.

Jason was awesome! The whole process was quick and easy. As a woman, I was a bit on guard because of past car-buying experiences. But I felt like I was treated with respect and honesty. Highly recommend!

Best experience. Ask for Keith Barbin. He will take care of you! Drove all the way out of state and got the VIP service. He will work with you and own up to any mistakes made. He is a honest and genuine man. Give this dealership a chance with your business.

Great Dealership to buy car from. Jerem was great car sales person who goes above & beyond to get us minivan’s middle seat from previous owners. No sales techniques, no pushing to buy & helps you to make right call. Very nice experience to buy car.

Whatever you do, do NOT purchase a vehicle from Denton Preowned. We went in on a Lexus that we liked online. Test drove it and liked it. We were waiting for a check from insurance but we offered to put money down to hold the car, and we were told it wasn’t necessary, and we agreed on a price and terms. We were told it could be held until the end of the week or possibly Monday of the next week which worked perfectly for us. The next morning we went back to do a longer test drive and had a mechanic check it (which we got approval from my salesman). When we got back from the extended test drive, our salesman told us that there was someone there buying the car right now. I asked to speak to the sales manager, who told me “they can’t just hold cars.” Really? Because you didn’t have a problem with it yesterday when we came in and told you our situation. I told him this was a sleazy thing to do and he then told me “it’s not sleazy.” Yeah. It is. We had an agreement and we offered to put a deposit down to hold the car so this exact thing didn’t happen. He told me “yeah sorry about that.” THIS is the reason people hate car dealerships and why they have a bad name. Take your business elsewhere.

During the process of buying the sales person Marcus was extremely friendly and talked highly of the place, NOW that we need to have something replace which was part of the contract Marcus is not returning our calls or even management. Is really frustrating ?

Would not recommend buying anything from here. Bought a pre owned Ford Explorer ST that was advertised as being a certified pre owned vehicle with no issues. The car has since spent over a month at a Ford dealership for repairs totaling over 5k dollars. Walter Adams the general manager told me months ago he would make things right and pay for part of the repairs. After numerous emails with invoices, voicemails, and texts he has yet to make things right. Piss poor service and piss poor communication. Stay far far away because they do not want to help you once you sign the paperwork.

From start to finish the whole experience never felt uncomfortable or pressured in any way. You never know what to expect from dealerships, and here, as soon as you walk in they make you feel welcome. Of course everyone there is doing a job, though they don't try and pressure you into buying something to benefit them. The salespeople were a delight to work with. I'd highly reccomend Markus Collins and Kynlee.
