My service advisor Jordan listened to my concerns. He keep me posted on everything. They went to great efforts to resolve issues that others hadn’t been able to resolve. They wanted to make sure I would be safe on the road.

Your service manager is a piece of work. My truck was recalled a year or so ago, and y’all said you fixed it. Lo and behold 10 months later, it would just die on the road just like before.I called as soon as y’all opened and was told you had openings at 8, so I quickly towed it to the lot, just to find out it would be days until someone could even look at it. The person I talked to was “call center”. Eventually the service manager took care of me and said he’d take care of it after I asked him to tow it somewhere else because they could not honor the timeline I was given over the phone and he refused.The truck sat on the lot for 3 days without anyone ever looking at it (I checked in on it daily without telling the manager), with the hood open in the pouring rain. My seats were mildewy from them leaving my doors open in the rain. Never fixed. Confronted the manager, who outright lied to my face, and said he couldn’t get it fixed, had to ask Dodge for help. Refused to pay to tow it elsewhere.Eventually, I broke down and said, fine, I’ll pay to tow it myself, and did. He said he’d have it ready. That was a lie, as well. He boxed my truck in so that we had to drag my truck so it could be loaded on the flatbed, then I had to track down someone to give me the keys because he left for the day. I took it down the street to a local auto shop that fixed up the next day for $150 TOTAL.Most disgusting, unethical experience of my life. I have bought two cars from this dealership but at this point would never buy another Stellantis solely because of their dealer network.EDIT: oh, also forgot. Your $50,000 truck doesn’t qualify for a loaner because ‘people kept crashing in them’

Best experience I’ve had at any dealership in recent years. From the moment I called, the customer service was beyond reproach. Elvis was my service manager and kept me informed with every step of my trucks repair. I truly appreciate the texts letting me know parts availability and estimated date of completion. I’ve been to the dealership several times for small warranty related items for my car. My service advisor, Jordan, has been extremely helpful and very communicative. There were some issues getting some parts and some issues getting things approved through jeep but Jordan kept on top of it and was always sure of the progress. I didn’t have to call him one time. He always called me first. I really appreciate the time and attention he gave my different issues. I will come back to see Jordan at my next service visit!!!

I did not purchase my car from this dealership. However, when my 2018 Dodge Challenger (58,000 miles) strangely, abruptly, and annoyingly shut down, would not turn on, and was a hunk of metal for a day, I called my warranty company who told me to contact a Dodge Dealership for service. Tammy, in their service department, was delightful, set me up for an appointment, and advised me on my next steps (towing, etc). Before we got off the phone she transferred me to Elvis. I informed Elvis of the issue my car was having, what had happened before it shut down, and what we had done to try to resolve the issue. He advised me that it was probably the battery going out. I STRONGLY questioned his idea because of what was happening and what had already happened with my car. He told me these cars are "weird" cars and he would be surprised if it wasn't the battery. He even gave me his cell phone and asked me to keep him updated. So, VERY hesitantly and full of doubt, we went to get a new battery. Low and behold, it WAS the battery!!!!! My car is now running like new. Elvis is a genius. He saved me money, time, steps, irritation, and inconvenience. I will forever be thankful to him for just being honest and giving advise instead of making me tow my car to the dealership, pay out of pocket costs for repairs, labor, and a battery. THANK YOU!!!

Jordan did a great job of managing my expectations while providing superb customer service skills. He explained to me what the services I required would entail and was truthful about length of time it would take to complete the service and the reasons why. I could tell that Jordan took pride in his career and observed the extra strides he took to ensure my car got the best service your dealership could offer.It must be very hard to be the face of the auto industry as a service advisor. I don't work in the auto industry but I'm well aware of the current issues plaguing it; the strike is only the latest problem. Manufacturing has been hampered by the last few years do to reduction of adequate materials and other supply chain constraints. And over the last decade the number of qualified technicians and mechanics available has decreased every year.But very few people truly pay attention to what's happening around them until it actually affects them. And they react poorly when it does and our customer service representatives bear the brunt of that.I hope you appreciate the overwhelming feeling of frustration your advisors and other employees must feel. Balancing the responsibilities of representing the dealership while advocating for its customers cannot be easy. That type of professionalism is invaluable and should be rewarded.Please tell Jordan and the rest of his crew I saw the hard work they were doing and appreciated it.Thank you!

My appt was at 2 pm on a Saturday afternoon. I was literally out of there by 2:30. Oil changed, tires rotated and brought up to specs, and all systems reset. Thank you for the superb service!!

The check in and service was excellent. I had my final Jeep Wave service completed and two recalls. Everything was completed in an hour. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Just one thing though…I’m still waiting for my paperwork/receipt. Was told that would be emailed to me. I even called and left a message the next day and still nothing.

Jordan in sales was amazing to work with! The car was at the front upon arrival and she was very transparent and helpful throughout the entire process. I am younger and was getting ignored and/or not taken seriously at other Jeep dealerships even though I was very clear that I was ready to trade in my current Jeep and purchase a new one, but Jordan was the exact opposite and treated me very well. I will 100% recommend Jordan and this dealership to all of my friends and family!

Great experience purchasing a new jeep.Jordan in sales had exactly what we wanted pulled up to the front for us with all of the paperwork ready. In and out! Mani in financing was a pleasure to deal with. Worked out great. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a jeep. Ask for Jordan!

It was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I wasn’t pushed or forced into anything. My salesman, Michael Davis was the most easy going guy I’ve come across. He helped me through every bit of the process without being pushy one bit. That’s how every dealership/salesman should be. Thank you denton dodge for the professionalism & going the extra mile to see that I was taken care of! I’ll be back!

I would give 0 if I could. This dealership has the WORST service department I have ever dealt with, they don’t keep their word, they take short cuts on service and charge you more for labor, and set you up for further vehicle damages. Do not take your vehicle here.They intentionally did not send me a survey to leave a review.Update, still no contact or service! Service manager hasn’t called me back, GM hasn’t called me, no one has engaged me besides “we are looking into this” contacting the customer for more information would be actually looking into this!Took 90 minutes but charged me 4 hours, argued that one for a while. “Kinda failed the block test” - but wouldn’t put it in writing, tech notes said “needs a retest” but they never did. Told me “it should be fine to drive”. How does it “kinda” fail a pass/fail test??? I’m glad my and my child’s safety is not important to this dealership. I’ll be contacting MOPAR directly.

Car buying experience at Denton dealership was awesome. Sales representative Jeff really helped identify right vehicle and deal for us. Jeff & Finance department had everything ready when we arrived and whole process took less than 30 mins. I really liked customer caring attitude and am gonna recommend family & friends.

The guy who assisted us was extremely knowledgeable about the cars available. We felt we were I formed enough about all the features of each vehicle as well as the financial side. Our time looking did not feel rushed or underwhelming. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and we will be back to purchase another vehicle in the future. The process was so painless, which is something you don't expect when dealing with a car dealership.

A parts superstore. 2018 Ram 2500 needed a super hard to find ABS part. It’s so rare and difficult to find a new one I won’t even name the exact part. If you have a Ram you’ll understand what I’m saying.The gentleman who helped me get the part I needed was beyond helpful. Due to his efforts, my local dealer was able to resurrect my truck and get me back in business.Denton Ram shipped me the part I needed quickly. Floored by their attention to detail. I will never go through another dealer for parts (and I’m in FL!)My local dealer doesn’t hold a candle to their parts availability and overall service. So refreshing to find a dealer that follows through and communicates. WELL DONE AND THANK YOU!!!
