Over the years our family has had to use Choice Medical for various medical needs. Nothing too complex. During that time they have always been very helpful and courteous to us. Never have experienced any issues and their service has been great.
Their new location is great and very organized.

I cannot praise them enough for their impeccable care. We have used them for a walker, oxygen, and cpap. They are excellent communicators with compassion and patience. They explain insurance and prepare us for each step. Every employee we have interacted with has been kind. I am so thankful they exist in our community. Keep up the amazing service!

I need a power wheelchair and they kept me informed all along the process. It took over 8 months but that was because of insurance and how they operate. The nice thing is that they provide real good service for the equipment they sell.

First off, please ignore the bad reviews. This place was great. Kayce was awesome and was incredibly professional. She helped me find the perfect walker for my 88 year old father. The store is very clean, organized, and has a huge selection. Thumbs up!!

Went into Choice today to find a boot that fit my wife better than the one her doctor had. Valerie (I believe her name was) was incredibly kind and helped us try on a few boots to find the one that fit best and also helped us get the few other things we needed and even helped carry things out to the car.

These people are super unethical. When my mother passed away I called them the very next day and had them pick it up and I was told they would not charge her and they ended up charging her anyway for a full month, even though it was canceled just a few days after they sent to insurance. I asked for a prorated amount and they refused saying they bill a month in advance. Kinda wish I had them return the equipment for the full month if they were going to charge her. Seems unfair that they can bill for almost a full month and rent it out to another person and make double. I would not do business with these people! Also, they force you into autopay and there is no way to turn it off.UPDATE: read their response … very telling of their unprofessional behavior. Enough said. As far as the screen shot, that was an additional bill for $115 that you wanted to bill me for September (due 9/27) when you had already collected the equipment by Aug 29th and charged my Mom’s card on 8/28 which is the same day I reported her death. Seems like trying to milk Medicare. The lady texting was completely unhelpful to anything I said. I’m writing my honest opinion and I did not lie at all. Treat people better and I’m sure people will start writing better reviews.

My experience with Choice Medical has been great. Heather, Don, Jesse , and whole crew helped me get my electric wheelchair,and I’m forever grateful. They are the best company in Denton County in my opinion. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used Choice Medical in Denton almost as long as I've been at my N. Denton duplex, or 1998, and in fact the President of the company, Don Nelson, was once my wheelchair fitter and repairman; I am an active quadrilateral amputee whose academic career lecturing in business management, entrepreneurship, and international policy was frankly interrupted by meningoccemia, at age 32. I am a Dentonite of many years. educated locally, attending Denton High School, graduating in 1981; then I headed south to the University of Houston, earning an MBA and Ph.D., before emigrating to Christchurch to accept a job teaching and researching overseas. I am eager to be receiving a new chair this year, 2023, and to start a new saga here in Denton, "The home of happiness." Cheers, Mark F.

A few good employees, some rude and unprofessional employees and dishonest very rude owners. You may or may not be helped when you come in. Make sure what your insurance was billed for is what actually occurred, fraud is no big deal here. The consistent bad reviews and petty responses from the owners should tell you something. These people are accustomed to taking advantage of people and bullying. After my experience and others I know I wouldn't recommend coming here to anyone. Try other businesses even if it's out of the way.

I was about to come here yet when I saw the owners response I immediately knew this isn't the professional place I'm in search of. The owner should be aware that when you respond to someone like a middle schooler you look immature and unprofessional. It just keeps people away from your business. I'd never want to work with anyone with this kind of attitude. I hope the owner grows up so they don't lose more customers in the future.P.s to the owner- about the blueberry person, there's a LOT of reasons why someone would use a different online name and how you responded to that was absolutely EMBARRASSING for you and your business. There was absolutely zero reason to answer then that way, all your comment did was prove them correct, you actually sound worse from your own answer then their comment made you sound. Way to dig your own hole. I hope you can find a therapist who can help you work on your issues and grow up instead of verbally berating customers on a public platform. (You called them ugly?? Are you a 12 year old middle school boy?? I babysit children more grown than you)

The great thing about Choice Medical is that they have a large selection of medical equipment that you can try out. They also have a licensed wheelchair specialist that will help you find the right wheelchair for you.

The owners have no integrity whatsoever. There's a few good staff but for the most part don't expect customer service or honesty here when they're dealing with you or your insurance.
