My son was in the infant program at this CN network location for less than 3 weeks. At first things were okay, but progressively we were starting to have issue with the main teacher of the infant care program. First, a notable scratch on my son’s nose after we just shaved his nails 2 days prior. The teacher was adamant he scratched himself, but it was clearly one of an adult. We would have been fine if it was just admitted that he was accidentally scratched by an adult which is okay because it happens. Next, was that she wrote a formula on his sheet that she messed up with another student. This is dangerous because what if my son had an allergy to that formula. However, the main reason we pulled my son from the daycare is because this teacher allowed my 4 month old son to sleep face down in his crib. He rolled over and instead of placing his head in an optimal position to breathe… he was left there. And she had no issue when it’s an extreme risk where he could have suffocated. Our pediatrician even highlighted that risk. The teacher said it was okay and we just check on him every 15 mins. But so much could have happened in that time. We were extremely disappointed in that teachers negligence and don’t feel comfortable with her watching over our child. The district manager spoke to us and was very nice, but there has to be some serious changes because that lady should not be taking care of infants if she thinks it’s okay for a 4 month old baby to be face down in a crib when he can’t roll himself back up.

As a first time mom and first day care, I’m so impressed with the place. My baby boy is taking amazing care of. Especially big shout out to Hosia. She is just a person with a gold heart. She feels like a family member not a teacher. I never ever seen her not happy or angry, she loves every children like her own. My baby boy loves her so much, she takes brilliant care of him. I wish there would be more teachers like her. My baby boy is there more than a year, thank you everyone for taking care of him.

My son has been coming here since he was 7 months. At first it was good but ever since management change it’s issue after issue. They never fully addressed my son’s bruises and never received an incident report or even get an answer as to why my son came home with bruises and bite marks. The state called and insured me that they would check the daycare and that’s the only call I got about the daycare. My son stayed at this daycare because his father insisted to give them another chance. Towards the end of the year I had to pay a surprise fee that was never disclosed until I had to pay and never received an answer as to why. They will not call you back for anything other than money and management will make you feel terrible if they are not happy with something. I have walked in on a morning where a parent was screaming at management (while kids are right there not needing to see a mother screaming at staff) not calling back but when it comes to money they are so fast with calling. Or they said they “called” but didn’t.The staff that are with my son consistently are excellent but management overall is terrible.

My daughter has went here since she was 8 weeks old. She loves it very organized, educational, and structured. My daughter has excelled and has a very exceptional vocabulary that I dedicate to this school. I would highly recommend it to each and everyone.

We love this school for our son! All of the staff we have encountered have been very kind, reliable, and eager to please. From the front desk to the classrooms, the school gives my family the comfort of knowing that our son is safe and overly loved and cared for. Mariam, Abby, Yasmin, Kelly, Rachel, and Linda have been so helpful since my son joined Childcare Network. Their KPA classroom has been so beneficial in our sons education and learning! 10 out of 10 recommend enrolling your kids in the class and investing into it as well. Your investments will shine in your kiddos! We don't trust any other school but theirs! Thank you all for loving our son!

I cannot praise this place enough. The staff is amazing and welcoming and work with you and make you feel comfortable! I have two in there and they made me feel so comfortable with leaving my infant! My two year old was in daycare and never stopped crying at drop off for 17 weeks straight! He has been at Childcare Network for two weeks and stopped crying at drop off actually walks in and says “bye mama” that is huge!! Like I said before I cannot praise this place enough thank you staff for everything!!!

This is a GREAT daycare! The teachers and the staff are VERY welcoming and they take AMAZING care of the kids. I have been apart of this daycare family for going on almost 5 years now and my kiddos have learned so much from the alphabet A-Z and being able to identify each letter of the alphabet, to how to count and identify every number. They taught my infant sign language before she was able to put her words into somewhat understandable sentences so that she was able to communicate in a way that we understand. The staff take time to focus on each and every Childs individual needs and they make sure that they are comfortable and engaged. They also make plenty of time for FUN. Which is a very important thing to me so that the children are not adhere to troubling behaviors. Any questions or concerns that I have had as a parent was always addressed in a professional manner, and they never overlooked any of my concerns and always made accommodations to my children's needs when necessary. I love this daycare and I am very appreciative of their services.

Be careful with schools that are always enrolling and hiring! This entire organization is unstable! They care more about money than quailty care. My sons class was quarantine for a week do to a student having covid. We still had to pay for the two weeks. The director refused to give me corporate number, she gave me the local district managers number.? She pretend as if she could help only to give me the run around after expressing "YOU PEOPLE" always want something free. CNI DOESN'T NOT CARE!!!

Do not work here!!Horrible work environment. The management is extremely unprofessional. In my time working here I was told I was one of the best teachers the have yet the next week they hired a new person and gave her my classroom. I complained about it and they did nothing but demote me. They claim that they are all a family there but in reality they are not. They classroom ceilings have mold everywhere the AC is always going out in classrooms they get mad if a teacher even sits for 5 minutes even though you work with kids. They will not help you in the classroom the throw you to the wolves I got barely any training and had to figure things out myself. All for $10-11 an hour I would not recommend. They are not diverse either if that's something you care about. In my time there I had racial slurs said to me . Managers treating you like a child it's ridiculous.

Really nice employees really bad management especially the director they have had four different assistance directors within three months absolutely no training for any of the new girls no stability for the children or steady curriculum parents are not allowed to talk to the students teachers nor are they allowed to tour the school doing hours of operations due to the chaos inside. You just cannot trust Management at the school. Corporate is very hard to get in touch with and even if you do the chances of them solving your problems is very likely less likely. A lot of drama within their school system that takes away from the children.

For anyone looking to work here don’t. They will treat you like dirt, never take care of you, never properly train you. My fiancé just got let go from working there because we are getting married and going on our honeymoon. She got her honeymoon approved months ago. After being their best teacher there, and talking about how they’re all a “family” and all that, they decide it’s better to let her go than find someone else to cover the class during that time. Her kids and parents loved her, but the directors don’t know how to run the place. On top of all of that, you are working with a lot of kids for tons of hours a day only making $10 an hour. So don’t do it, it’s not worth it in a million years to get treated like dirt and get underpaid. DO NOT work here.

I have been with Childcare Network for 2 years now! I have enjoyed my time working with them. The administrative team works hard everyday to ensure that each child receives quality care and a safe environment! This is a great place to work and a great place to take you kiddos!
