I went in to open up an account...specifically a private client account. They had me wait 5min for a banker, and then another 5, and then another 5. They told me that I would need a code and that they can't generate it but had me wait to talk to someone. After sitting through all this info and spending over 30min they say they can't open a private client acct bc I don't have a code. Are you kidding me?!? You shouldn't have wasted my time if you knew you could do nothing for me!!!

They won't take my deposits. I have three deposits, not large ones. They said they would only take one and I would have to night drop the other two. I don't live near a Chase bank and I'm not driving back to another town just to get deposit slips. The time they took arguing with me they could have done the three deposit and I could have been on my way. Poor customer service.

Don't go to chase bank and expect any semblance of customer service. You will get none. They want your money and your bank fees but they could care less about customer service or their customers.

A couple of days ago I needed a simple name change and I walked in the front desk told me to sign the clipboard and someone would help me. So I signed in and not even 2 minutes later Khushbu (Forgive me, I may have spelt it wrong) walked over and asked if I had an appointment with a specific agent and I explained that I just needed a name change and she said she could help me with it and not even 10 minutes later she had my name changed and all my questions answered. She was so sweet, very professional, and proficient at her job. If I ever need anything in the future I would make an appointment with her.

This bank can die in a fiery hell. It opened a safety deposit box without my permission and then didn't tell me about it. Now, 8 years later, I found out about it because they charged my account $200 without notifying me until after they automatically charged me. I can only fix the problem by going to their bank or over the phone with them but they don't pick up their phone like EVER! I hope Chase goes bankrupt and their leadership loses every single one of their bonuses. Little bastards.

Today I went in to change the name on my account after a legal name change. I tried several other chase banks that said they couldn't get me in today. Khushbu (not sure if I'm spelling that right) at this location was able to get me in, was extremely helpful, not to mention very professional with a great attitude. I really appreciate her help, and will come to this location in the future although I have closer chase branches to my home.

The wait time at this location to see a banker is terrible. After waiting 20 minutes while listening to the branch manager discussing scheduling with an employee, he offered me the choice to wait another 30 minutes "for an appointment" or come back another day. I told him I would go to Little Elm, because I never wait there...his response, "Good for them". I said, "No, good for their customers!"

This is a pretty average chase bank. The lines inside and outside usually go really slow, but the employees are always nice and friendly. Have never had a problem at this branch. Just slow. It's the closest to my house so will keep going. Chase in general is a good bank and allows for most banking to be done online so that I don't have to sit in slow lines.

Don't know about all Chase Banks but this particular one is as good as they come. The greetings are warm and sincere and the staff is always attentive. Meanwhile there is (almost) always hot coffee available, and the manager, Ms. Ladonna, is a charm. Now if they'd just give me a good interest rate on my deposits.

I initially wasn't impressed...walked in at 2:30 p.m. and there was one teller with 6 people in line. No one came up to open a new teller window. Then a customer service person walked by to ask a few people what they needed and took someone out of line to help them. But another teller would have been nice.

I've been banking with Chase for several years now and i must say i'm always impressed with how they treat their customers. One would think i would be use to it by now, but i'm not. Someone used my credit card in a different state and chase notified me the same day. Then shut down my card and refunded me the money lost. What really got me was they said they would have a card to me the next day!(guess they don't want me to stop spending lol). Ohhhhhhh and rewards points really do add up! Great bank!
