No upkeep. ATM is down and walk up ATM can’t access because the card reader outside to open door doesn’t work. Overall they need to get it together.

never answer the phone when i try to call for my account. i have to go to another chase that is 20 minutes away from me bro get assistance. while this chase is a 2 minute drive. very stressful for a college student who's constantly on a time crunch.

Went in just to add wife to checking account. Said it would be a 30 minute wait, just to wait 30 minutes to come out and have them say all their bankers have 4 pm meetings. Waste of time. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend.

Only one atm machine working in the city of Denton today. Couldn’t make a cash deposit. Even the one inside wouldn’t work. Hate this bank. One problem after another.

Pablo made it nice and easy to open a new account! Made an appointment earlier in the week and he was able to see me early. He answered all my questions and made sure I felt confident with my decision!

Very new to dealing with bank responsibilites and Evan made a huge difference in my expirence, he was very kind and helpful and his energy was very comforting. I only left 3 stars because the other employee I delt with earlier in the week was extremely rude and blatantly lied to me saying he couldn't do anything to change my name on my card and when I asked someone else he immediately helped me and inform me they can change my preferred name, on top of it all when I tried to order another card he didn't even asked me the option I would prefer if in a week or 2 days (I had stated before it was urgent since it was to pay my bills) after ordering me tells me it would be in 4-5 business days so I said isnt there another option and he said oh well... yeah but you have to ask me??? Like what, so unthoughtful and very poor display of critical thinking (or maybe he doesn't care) either way it was a terrible experience, maybe he's just lazy rude man doesn't want to work and takes it out on costumers.

23 hours agoNEWThe worst experience ever with Pablo Avila. He has open many of my accounts and it has always been the same attitude and the same not caring for the customer. I have giving him the benefit of the doubt many times but always disappoints and this time I recommend a family memeber and today was not the exception. I have recommended my family and friends to Chase because as a bank its really good bank, but i've always heard the same complaining of him of his character not giving the time and information needed it and unfortunately he doesn't put enough effort into his customer service and its sad, I have never complained or had the time to write a review but today was another bad experience, I had once again. I came to the loop 288 because University has been booked to make an appointment to get an account open and unfortunately had to come to this one.

I wish I could have left zero stars POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE also the atms are always down absolutely worth driving to the other side of Denton for better BANKING!!! Pitiful honestly

I have been with this bank over 9 years and have always received good information and assistance. Also they provided me with great help when dealing with a scammer who had gotten into one of my accounts.I think staff are friendly and well trained.

Don’t go to this branch if you need a name change. Out of 7 people working only one person can do it and they are too busy to help. Wasted an hour of my time today.

This location is terrible. All of the workers are so lazy and incompetent. They have enormous lines with no signage that allows customers to know what they can and cannot do for you. Waited in line for 20 minutes to not even be assisted. Upper management needs to step in immediately.
