I’ve been to a few Cavender boot cities in Lubbock and Houston. By far this was the best one. We were helped by Rasti he showed me how to clean my boot and provided with the products. He knows his stuff and is a friendly worker. I’ll be back kudos to him!

First time coming here and I really love the variety of products! Customer service was excellent, especially from Kayla. Not only did she give great insight on choosing the right boot, since it was my first time wanting to buy boots. She gave some tips and tricks on fittings for certain clothing products. She was very attentive. Top tier customer service. Will definitely be coming back soon!
