this place is a joke. white blonde ho always has the worst attitude and doesn’t want to work with you at all! last I checked this wasn’t your pawn shop babe…get the stick out of your a$$ and get a real job. they also dont great you as you walk in and treat you like you’re an inconvenience and never offer to help, and their prices? INSANE. why is everything so expensive?? half the junk in here is old af or the same as retail, other pawn shops in denton are so much better than this junk. selling walmart brand tools for retail price? crazy. take the drive to texas state pawn or even ezpawn where they’re friendly and will give you good deals on anything. hope this place gets new management and a new staff.

I was a pawn broker for a couple years , this place is the worst example of a pawn shop in the area . The manager Shawn is not adequately qualified to run this place , offers to buy but won’t run as a pawn . If you read Cash Americas mission statement they will make an offer on one of the main items they lend on most(guns ,jewelry , tools and electronics) in almost every case . The manager is in control of his own little world over there also tried to con me into pawning my pistol knowing I would not be able to retrieve it all the while his associates telling them they weren’t able to retrieve a pistol for a out of state resident . Take your items and money elsewhere cash America has been bought out too many times and eventually will change out the leadership of these stores ! Also for complaints contact the TCCC (Texas consumer credit commission ) if you feel this place or any other have wronged you they are upheld to a standard for a reason .

People that work here are totally liars asked about an Apple Pencil they had on sale. The guy‘s gonna tell me that it’s $100 when the new Apple Pencil in the store is $100 he’s gonna tell me oh we just got those in looking on the tag in the case, the Apple Pencil literally had been there for three months. Also went into pawn a brand new pair of gaming headphones the guy tell me we do accept gaming headphones that are not Bluetooth go look in the case what do I find? Two pair of gaming wired headphones got two guys behind the desk one of them is playing the PlayStation while he’s talking to me. They totally just lied to my face talking about they don’t accept wired headphones, but you literally have two pair of them in your case explain that. Please don’t not come to this place. Pawn shops are just good to find deals nothing else but these people have absolutely no integrity.

The Hispanic girl with big glasses needs to learn proper customer service skills . She’s rude has a unpleasant presence she needs to remove that stick from her arse or leave the customer service industry. The manger and her got to go very unprofessional and sketchy.

this young girl in there was extremely rude and disrespectrum. i tried several times to get her attention while making eye contact with her and she clearly ignored me and I kept getting skipped over to get help making my payment I needed to make. basically ignored by everyone. rude and it took me over 30th a just to make a payment and the girl named waverleigh was looking at me and then whispering to her coworker and then would start laughing. like she was in highschool and being extremely childish and It was a terrible experience. i NEVER want to go in there again. they made me feel so terrible and unimportant as a long time customer
