Went to Burlington to find a dress for my daughter. She found a dress and we needed a dressing room no employee was around to unlock one. I went up to the register and asked the gentleman if he had a key and he said no. I asked if anyone else could come and unlock on he said no, no one has a key. I eventually found a lady which I’m guessing might have been the manager of the store. She had no name tag on .And she said she didn’t have a key to unlock the dressing room. SMH Customer service at its worst. Decided to buy the dress and stood in line forever. Only one cashier. And the register froze the young lady didn’t know what to do. She called for the manager on duty. She came and she really didn’t know what to do. By that time there was a long line of people waiting to be checked out. I will not be returning to this Burlington. There was way better service when it was at the old location.

15 customers in a Billing queue. Just one counter open and one employee doing billing tasks . Just wasting time.

While the overall experience at the store, including the service and product quality ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, there seems to be an issue with the efficiency of the billing process.Only one person is handling all the billing for the customers, resulting in longer waiting times. This can be frustrating for customers who value their time and may discourage them from returning in the future. Implementing strategies such as adding more billing stations or optimizing the current process could greatly improve the overall shopping experience and customer satisfaction. It's essential to ensure that every aspect of the customer journey, including checkout, is smooth and efficient to maintain a positive reputation and retain loyal customers.

The fact that they never have their dressing rooms open. So you take a chance in hoping what you buy fits. Then come to return cause of course it does not fit. Come to find out you can not return your items cause they only do returns on certain afternoons. This is such an inconvenience. The manager then wants to get an attitude when you ask why? I am sorry that I asked a question and it bothered you to work a little extra. This is just ridiculous.

Even prior to relocation, there seems to always be a lack of staffing. Tonight the lines were snaked through the checkout waiting area PER USUAL. The extended wait times really depreciates your valued customers shopping experience. Not to mention adding stress to your SOLO employee who is trying their best to operate with urgency. Please invest some thought process into your operating model.

Shopping experience is great however it is unpleasant to come up to the register and listen to two employees argue about how much they dislike their job. Inappropriate language and laughing because they hung up on someone is not professional. They did not care if children were in front of them.

Nice and clean store. Great inventory. However, they need to hire some employees because they CLEARLY have a shortage. Line literally was 40 mins long. The line is long every time I come here..it’s ridiculous. PLEASE hire more people so that the flow of the store could move better. They don’t even have people assisting on the floor! Just hire…it’s like they refuse to or something
