The shop only hires people to sell products based on commission. The prices are not the best, almost always understaffed & tends to attract a dangerous crowd of lingering individuals after 8pm.

I was quoted a great price earlier today for two 500 count bottles of Bumblebee Hello Vietnam Kratom, a quote that was freely given and 100% unsolicited. I went back later and they wouldn't honor the quote. The person that wouldn't honor the it said the person who originally quoted the lower price wasn't authorized to do so. It's kind of bad either way; you're either not honoring a quoted price or management has no control over rogue employees giving unauthorized discounts. Luckily there are lots of other shops in town, from now on I'll shop at these. In defense of the employee refusing to honor the quote, at least he was pleasant and appeared genuinely sorry. I'm placing blame on management, not him.

Bought a coil pack, was missing one in it. Had to drive back and get a whole new pack. Inconvenience but was made right same day but same day only. Hence 4 star

This is a great place. The staff is awesome, especially Laney. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. She was a delight. I highly recommend Bully's.

I bought a neat little yelp deal over a year ago and for a year now have tried to get anyone at Bully's to accept my money. Pay $10 get a $20 gift certificate, however each time I've gone in they have switched owners or they don't know what I'm talking about or this last time the kid said it's only $10. Your absolutely right it's only $10 and for that I'll go to one of the other shops and tell all my Argyle/Highland Village connections to do the same.

I am from out of town, so this was my first time to visit this location. They have a wonderful selection to choose from, and they have nice prices as well. Tyler was working when I came by and he is a wonderful and helpful employee.
