Miss Crystal was a very quick polite and selfless associate. I called early before making my decisions and she’s given me great and helpful information and instructions. Once I pulled in she knew exactly who I was before acknowledging her. The process taken no time and I appreciate her for making my storage process swift without any frustration or worries

I rented a UHaul truck from here a few weeks ago.
This experience was a disaster. The lady working there was overwhelmed and had no support or empowerment to do her job. Everything required manager approval, and the manager wasn't there but had to be texted for everything since they wouldn't even talk on the phone to each other. It took almost an hour for me to get the keys to the truck that was sitting there the whole time, which I had reserved the day before.
Thankfully they eventually refunded $50 for not making good on the ready guarantee, but I will not be going back to this location. Stick to the first party uHaul centers, because this was a joke.

very helpful, rented me a U-Haul van to move my son's stuff out of his college apartment into a climate-controlled unit for a couple of months. Everything went smoothly for us, no issues at all!

Kay & Crystal got me in and out today when i came in to rent a storage unit. Kay took me to see all 3 size units i came to view. They handled everything with efficiency and were so nice the entire time.
