Brown Box Movers was outstanding from start to finish. I recently moved from an apartment to a house and had several items which were too large to move myself. I chose Brown Box because they’re a locally owned business and had great reviews. VarDaja was a pleasure to work with… did my estimate, answered all of my questions and finalized my contract. On move day, the team of Max, Charles and Angel got after it. Genuinely nice group who were very efficient and careful with everything. Thank you everyone at Brown Box Movers!

Had a perfect experience with Brown Box moving our daughter into her first apartment. From the initial communication to the move itself and close out, everything went very smoothly. The moving team was courteous, communicative, efficient and hard working (especially in 100+ degree heat). Definitely recommend and will use Brown Box again!

I never write a review, but it's really unbelievable how many good reviews this company has so I feel like you should know it's not all great. When moving I expect the small dent and ding on some furniture, but I had three major issues that they refused to fix two and one they half way fixed. They tore a hole in the carpet on my stairs. I had already closed on the house so I was desperate to get something done before the new owners took possession. They did send a guy, but they would not replace the carpet on the stairs so I had to settle for the guy they sent to trim all the frayed fibers and glue the whole together so it didn't look horrible. I get it, they wanted to cause more damage and cut a 2 foot by 1 foot section out of the closet, but that would cause more damage to a house I no longer owned. They put two massive gouges in the wall on the stairs as well. I was met with we told you we would mess up the walls. I understand some scratches, but I had to fill two half inch deep holes and re-texture, in my opinion that's not some scuffs. For them to agree to the carpet fix, that I had to have done, they made me agree that I wouldn't go after them for the wall. Then the real kicker is they make this huge deal about them not covering TVs during the move unless you buy their special boxes to put them in (same thing you get at Home Depot so buy your own). I bought every TV a box so all of my TVs were covered, but of course they destroy the screen on one of my TVs. No problem right I bought the boxes, well wrong. I paid $500 for that Samsung TV and I know they go on sell and I see a similar Samsung brand name TV for sell for $300 now, which I understand (would have accepted that). I was offered $100 because they see some no name brand at Sam's for that price. I would have thought they would have at least matched the brand name when making me an offer. I have moved 4 times in the past 6 years, and this was the only company I had problems with. By the way to move the same stuff into the house I paid AB movers $2800, Brown Box Movers charged me over $4000. Got one scratch on my expensive desk with AB Movers so I figured I would pay more for a "better" company. I would save your money and go with AB Movers who has moved me 3 times with no major issues. Never thought it would come to this so I wish I had taken before pictures of the house damage, but they seemed nice so I thought everything would be fixed. Learned my lesson on that.

We had the best moving experience thanks to Brian Cooke, Jacob and Grant. They took such great care of all of our furniture, were extremely kind and considerate, and worked hard the whole time they were here. I've moved several times and have never had such efficient movers. I will definitely be using Brown Box for any future moves and highly recommend them for anyone needing help moving! Thanks for making today go as smoothly as possible!

I can't recommend Brown Box enough! Brian Cooke along with Grant and Jacob were phenomenal. They arrived early after calling to confirm address and availability. Once on site all three were extremely professional and highly considerate of our belongings and our time. They were all extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I can't stress enough how easy they made the contracting and the move! Five stars!

I have now used them a few times for junk removal services and single items moves. They are efficient and in the face of inflation, their rates have not fluctuated much.
