Called to ask about boot stretching since I needed them done within a few days and didn’t have enough time to purchase anything online. Brought them in Thursday night and was told it would be roughly 48 hours. Sunday morning came and I hadn’t heard back so I called and was told they were not able to stretch my boots much due to the type of boot it was. I asked if the boot was even stretched and the lady said yes. Went to pick them up and sure enough my boots weren’t stretched at all. Despite it being a free service, don’t tell someone you did the service knowing you didn’t even touch them. Wasted time bringing them here.

Usually I love to come here for new boots. But I made the mistake of trying to get some new work boots here spent 150$ and not even a full year later the bottom sole is torn allowing water to get into my shoe.. completely unacceptable I WILL NEVER buy another pair of boots here again. If you want wet socks and feet this is the place to go apparently.

Our sales associate Harmony offered excellent customer service! She knew everything about boots regarding the sizing and quality. My daughter was able to find the boots that she absolutely loved. The store has so many different choices of boots, hats, and clothing. We can't wait to go back. We absolutely appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff especially Harmony!

The boot selection was very minimal and sizes were not in their correct spots. I couldn't find matching pairs for hardly anything I did happen to come across. The gentleman that helped me was nice and tried to find the boots I was looking for at another store to bring to this store. I eventually found a different pair that I wanted. When I got to the cashier(name Evelyn) to pay, she was complaining about another customer. Stopped for a brief moment to ask me to come forward and then continued to talk badly about the other customer in front of me. She never checked to confirm that I had the matching pairs of boots like other stores usually do. Just tossed them in the bag. Not the best branch of BootBarns I've been to.

I had won a closet to the pin challenge at a golf tournament for 250 dollars to use at boot barn the certificate did not say a expiration date on it. Right after the event my father in law had a heart transplant and a kidney transplant my wife had to go to California to see her dad for the last 4 weeks then when she came back I had a scheduled surgery that ended me up in the hospital for 2 weeks and so I told my wife since I am finally healthy to move around let’s go get you some boots. Well Tim the head guy of the store would not honor the certificate because supposedly I was supposed to run down there during these life events within 30 days of the tournament and use it. What a heartless place to not care what so ever. Not to mention I was going to spend another 300 to 400 in the store along with the certificate over. I guess I will now take my business to another boot store.
