These guys are Absolutely Amazing , Came in and was having issues with my Bike , Morgan and Josh got me Set up In service and Paul in the Shop took care of it like it was their own. I drive 1.5 hours just to come up and i wont take my bike anywhere else .
Best Shop In Texas !!!

I went to Cycle Center of Denton on Saturday and looked at particular BMW cycle. Mason and RJ were the folks I talked to and both were very helpful. I went back on Tuesday and test drove the cycle I was interested in, got lost in Denton (not familiar with Denton), ended up test driving 30 odd miles / 1 hour.
When I got back to the dealership, Mason only asked me if I enjoyed the bike - not why I was gone a long time or why I drove a long distance (than how long some other dealerships were willing to test drive the cycle - typically 10 minutes).
I absolutely loved the bike and the experience; and, they gave me very good deal on my trade-in and offered the new cycle to me at the exact price point I asked for.
Done deal - rode the bike that same night ?
I went back again today for some clarifications. The Service guys helped me out with very clear answers.
I strongly believe this is a very good place to buy a cycle from. I have had other bikes in the past and this has been one of the best buying experiences I have had (the other one was at Al Lamb's Honda in Dallas; Maverick Harley had a good guy in Finance who has since left and I couldn't work with the new guy - was condescending and likely made some assumptions which made me not buy another Harley, especially from him, bought a Honda instead).
Go see my guy Mason for sales; Brenden, Jam1 in Parts; Josh and the Service Team; Alicia in Finance.
This outfit is willing to work with you. They are often short staffed, so take some deep breaths and relax, if you don't get service right away. Soon, you will be served, treated fairly and courteously.
Hoping for many years of great experiences from Cycle Center of Denton.
I highly recommend this place for all your BMW, Honda, Kawasaki, etc, cycles, dirt bikes and 4 Wheelers.

TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE:I called Cycle Center of Denton (where I bought the bike) to schedule a 12k service, one week in advanvce. They scheduled me for yesterday (Oct 4th). When I got there SURPRISE: first, the technician SIMPLE DON'T COME WEDNESDAYS! Second (it's not a joke!) they don't have AN OIL GASKET in stock to make the service! HOW THEY SCHEDULED THIS SERVICE?

If I could give no stars I would. Complete waste of time. Never answer their phones unless they feel like it. Staff stands around unresponsive to potential customers. Lie. Mislead. Misrepresented an offer.

I went to this KTM store and bought my motorcycle, 450 XCF-W 2023. One week later i discovered that there was a promo for 1.5k$ in KTM accessories upon buying that motorcycle sponsored by KTM. At the beginning I had a difficult time trying to reedem the promo by a salesman but then the owner took the lead and was amazing. He was able to apply the promo and refound me from previous accesory purchases from when i bought the motorcicle. The owner was a great person and helped me throughout the entire proccess and checked in step on step until we finished redeeming the promo. 5 star, owner is great

I've purchase multipole motorcycles and one utv over the years from Cycle Center and have always been pleased with the purchasing process. I look on line, see what they have and if interested, go to the store and check it out. Sales people are not pushy, they do ask questions but that's what their there to do, sell inventory. I appreciate having this dealership located in Denton, carrying so many different brands of bikes and their air conditioned building. When it's time, I expect they will have the opportunity to sell me another which I look forward to. :)

Over the past week I have been in talks to purchase a new bike and trade in my old one. I get a ball park figure, work with my own bank for the finances. Since my bank is closed on the day I'm arriving I work out a pre approval loan and Cycle Center originally said that was good enough to pick up the bike (hard numbers would be worked out depending on trade in). I drive 5 hours over to them just to be low balled on my trade in, but we finally agree on the price. Then they say my pre approval letter isn't good enough because Matty from Cycle Center forgot to call my bank during their business hours and verify anything. Matty and Alyssa both were pushing their own financing saying they can match or even beat my bank's APR%. I play ball and apply for their financing. Twenty minutes later they come back saying I'm approved but with TRIPLE THE APR%!!! At that point I got up, grabbed my key and title for my old bike and left. Cycle Center of Denton is more interested in selling loans with high APR% rather than actual bikes. The only person that made me feel like a customer was the salesman. The finance department just treated me like another number and was being very shady during the process. Ten hours out of my way wasted. Would give them zero stars if I could. DO NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH CENTER OF DENTON!

I can't tell you how many times I could get a part same day or next from Amazon but called this Cycle Center to support local business for a common part that spans multiple powersports models and years that would take 2 cubic inches of shelf space just to be told they do not have it in stock but can order it for me in like 4 days. Why would I do you the favor or waiting 3 extra days for a very common and small part tat you didn't bother to ensure remained in stock. Brick and mortar stores have to realize the only way they are going to remain relevant in this Amazon era is by taking care of their walk-in customers same day. It's not like I am asking you to keep large and/or rare parts in stock, but at least keep the basics. You are failing.

Only went in one time. Selection was poor and staff minimally helpful. Also, they checked out my 18 year old daughter as if she were the latest motorcycle to roll onto the showroom floor. While yes, she is beautiful, ogling her like a piece of meat is unprofessional and enough to make me never go back. Two stars for the female staff member greeting customers at the door and behaving respectfully.

Nice dealership with many brands including my favorite, BMW. Nice people who immediately offered me a cold bottle of water when I walked in after riding in 100+ degrees. Much appreciated. Would definitely do business with them.

I was at this dealership for to service my BMW. It was my first experience with the dealership. Worked with Landon Dugan and Josh Woessner at the service department who were able to help me with everything that i needed. Email and Phone communication was prompt and overall they were exceptional. thank you guys!!
