“My partner's wheelchair had a tire pop loose when we were trying to manuever it and unfortunately it was not something I could fix myself this time. We called ahead to see if Velo had experience with repairing wheelchair wheels and they affirmed that their staff had plenty of experience and would be happy to help. They even offered to come pick it up, which we did not need but would be great for wheelchair users who do not have someone who can take the chair in to be serviced. The visit at the shop took less than ten minutes (it's a really neat store by the way :) ) and they just asked for a small tip in return for popping the wheel back on. The guys there were incredibly friendly and helpful and it's very reassuring knowing that if the issue ever comes up again we have somewhere to go. Thank you guys again for your help!!”
