When you walk in tellers keep saying reasons and ask to come again.When we put in loads of adjustments to our work place to go into bank and travel a while and then realize you have to go back home and happens multiple times I would be worried to bank with this location.

Every time that I've come into this bank, everyone has been super helpful and kind. Melissa is very sweet and took the time out to print out several statements that I was wanting to look at earlier today! I'm very appreciative of this, especially because I was asking a lot. Thank you!!

After having PNC for 35 years, I've decided that I am going to find another bank. Terrible customer service on business accounts and terrible follow-up on anything.It took them a month to get through the business credit card process where I had followed up at the location and on the phone at least 7 times to set them straight when they screwed up the application. Last Friday, I went to American Express and was approved literally in 30 minutes.Don't waste your time with PNC as a whole. The PNC on University is just as bad.

I only have this bank because bbva sold out to them. I keep all of my money in Another bank and left $20 in here just to keep it open but not use it. Then somehow a charge from apple shows up when I do not have this new pnc debit card connected to ANY bills. Then they charge me a $36 overdraft fee. They are crooks. I will be posting on Facebook and tagging them about this location because once people post publicly about the crookedness of this bank, it’s only then that actually respond and correct it to save face.

As someone who is a banking branch manager: One star is too many for this institution. As with the others below me, I was part of the simple conversion. I wish I would have just closed my account beforehand. Getting into my online banking just to close my account has been an absolute nightmare- I didn't know my account number off the top of my head so they made the experience awful all around. Can't get account numbers over the phone. Anytime anything goes wrong they blame it on the PNC merger but you can tell no one knows what they're doing because they can't even repeat back what you've asked for. Just don't do it, not worth the headache.

If I could give this bank zero stars I would do it. I moved from the simple banking app to the BBVA app since the day of the merger I have had nothing but problems with this bank getting in contact with someone is basically impossible. Trying to deposit a check has become impossible to do. Their customer service sucks avoid this bank as much as possible.

This is the worst bank ever!!! My mom has passed away and I'm trying to settle her affairs and am getting nothing but more grief!! I'm on the accounts as a benifciary. I'm trying to move money to pay for her bills not empty the accounts and this stupid b**** Named Brenda Butnick is the worst!! Not sorry about your loss or anything!! Just froze my moms accounts so nothing can get paid!!! F*** these people!!!
