1707 S Loop 288, Denton“BB&T has the best rates on auto loans and this location has the nicest, most knowledgeable staff (the branch manager, Sam, is the best). If you have financed a used car and used the dealership to find you the "best" rate, then unless you are a manager at the car dealership, you did not get the best rate you qualified for. The finance manager gets a rate back and then adds extra points to it in order to make more money for the dealership. BB&T does *not* do this so whatever rate you qualify for, they'll give you. The dealership where I was shopping at told me that the best rate they could give me was in the high 3's due to the type of vehicle I was buying. I knew this was a load of poo so I called Sam at BB&T and asked her to see what rates they could get me. They got me 2.05% on my used car. The dealership, of course, started backpedaling and saying they were somehow able to match it (meaning they could have gotten it for that rate all along but they were trying to make additional money from me). If you currently have a vehicle financed and are curious if you're paying too much interest, call Sam at BB&T. If you know your credit score, Sam can give you an idea of the rate you'd qualify for, and then if you would like to proceed, she can run your credit to finalize the deal. Sam was quick and responsive and really knew what she was talking about. Just one point of interest can save you over a thousand dollars over five years. It's definitely worth a phone call to check with Sam on rates. You could end up saving thousands of dollars like I did!”

“I have banked here since 2002 and have had a FANTASTIC experience. The level of customer service has always been superior to any other bank I've done business with. One shout out to Ralph Ramsey. When I paid off my home mortgage I was running late on a Friday afternoon and couldn't make it before the lobby closed to get a cashier's check. Ralph made sure I was able to get the cashier's check (no charge) even after hours. Ralph Rocks! Another thing that is super handy is the pass through box. I deal with a lot of coin and the drive through tube can't always accommodate the weight. They gave me a key to a pass though box where I can make deposits without coming inside. If you are a small business or individual I highly recommend this bank. They are willing to go above and beyond to earn your business.”
“I didn't have a bank account and after trying a few places that couldn't take care of a very basic need, Asst Manager Gutierrez got me sorted in less than 15 min. I got a new bank account (I've not had one in years), access to the app, clear instructions on how the app/activation/account would work and most importantly I got my check cashed. These folks were busy when we got in line, trying to maintain cleanliness and social distancing and working tirelessly. Highly recommended this crew.”

Therefore, I thought it best to use the ATM inside the building.I told the two women tellers, Dawn and Tiffany (I am not sure if I have their correct names), what had happened to me outside.
