Jerry came to pickup my vehicle using a wheel lift and dolly because my car wouldn’t go into neutral and was parked in a single car garage. I was impressed he was able to maneuver the truck in, didn’t damage my vehicle, and was kind enough to talk to me about the full process while he was doing this. Thank you B&O for sending Jerry out to help me! His professionalism and expertise was impeccable!

Service call was kind and calming. The driver made me feel safe and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommending this business. They know what they’re dining. Jerry was awesome for woman in a Saturday night with an undrivable car.

I had a great experience with the company.They found my vehicle on 635 and towed it quickly, carefully & expertly. Helped me come to terms with a very difficult situation. I appreciate the driver, Jerry, very much. He was able to spot my vehicle from the other side of the interstate in the middle of the night.

Jerry is Awesome!! He’s very kind and takes care of vehicles when getting towed. Highly recommend B & O Towing. I don’t know about the pricing. My pickup is under warranty and I don’t have to pay right now

My daughter’s car needed a tow from a parking space at a Chick-Fil-A at 7am. I thought it was going to be a nightmare and explained the situation to Jerry and he told me it would be no problem. He quickly and confidently got it hooked up and out of the way with virtually no disruption to the parking lot traffic! I am very impressed with the service I received.

Jeff did an awesome job. He was very professional got my vehicle home safe, and assured me everything would be ok. He was even able to get my car in my designated parking spot, which was actually covered parking. It was fast. It went smooth and he dropped my car exactly where it was supposed to be. He is also a very safe driver. If I could give him 10 stars I would the best tow guy you have at the company way to go Jeff thank you again. I definitely will be giving you all a referral especially Mr. Jeff thank you for all the help. Your professional service was diabolical. I’ve never had such excellent service. I appreciate everything y’all did for me today.
