This mall is a dump. The entire facility is run down and depressing. You'd be far better off to go to the Tanger outlets or Highland Village to do your shopping. Avoid this place - it also smells foul.

The reason this mall has had trouble in the past is the unfriendliness to customers. My 2 1/3 year old plays in the play area and several times the mall manger or security officer goes into the play area to tell all the children to keep the noise down. This is too much to ask of 10 or more kids while they are playing. If they don't want noise they should have a play area. The parents to these children are paying customers and if they aren't welcome in the play area why should they shop there. This is just an FYI to people with children. Which is a very large population that shops at this mall.

Nice renovations have been done to the mall. New retailers are also livening up the mall from past times (esp. h&m).

Great for kids! Not super nice, but totally affordable. I highly recommend for young children or any time you feel you may not be able to stay the length of the film. The popcorn and other concessions are very affordable and I feel that this theater is an excellent value. Keep in mind, it's really run down. It's a clean theater but the seats are hard and the general atmosphere is dark.
