“Office staff is always friendly, professional, and eager to help. I’ve had a chance to speak with both Quinn and the manager, Ciera a few times and each time, they are in a great mood and take the time to address your questions. Maintenance responds really quickly to work orders and make sure we are satisfied with the outcome. The property is very clean. I love living here and don’t plan on moving any time soon!”

It was hot out, and they braved the heat to get us processed as quick as possible. Everyone was friendly! The apartment is great and we are excited for the upcoming year! So far everything is great!”

“I lived here for two years. Cody is great and always answers your calls and texts quickly. I never had to wait more than 24 hours for a fix or repair, of which I had very few. It’s the perfect location—walking distance to the square and Quakertown Park is right across the street. Rent prices are fair and the units are in good condition. Loved it here!”

“I visited a person, in this Giant complex. It was well manicured & looked like a lovely enormous complex, golf course and all! The kitchen was completely open to the dining and living areas. If, I was looking at apartments, I would definitely check this complex out!”
“We needed a place for our kid to stay since UNT only provides dorms to freshmen. We were a bit late starting our search and found a few potential units with Places to Be. The random draw of life gave us Rick Guzman to work with. He has been an excellent agent for us. He's been very responsive and timely to my calls and took care of my requests, even if they happened to be simple questions he'd already answered or I had the paperwork for. I peppered him with calls for about a month and he's always been pleasant. We decided on a unit in the Belle Frank apts, it's a tad pricier than most places but is also newer and has in-unit washer/dryer. I can't say anything for their other properties but I think we and our kid will be pretty happy with their 2 year stay at Belle Frank. My experience with the office staff has been great but Rick will probably remain my go-to man.”
“Great gym, always clean and has everything you need for work outs! The water situation is a little rough. No water fountains and the water dispenser they do have is been out of water for 3 months make sure you bring your own water!”
