I had such a good experience here with the staff and service. My test was smooth, the results prompt, and the staff flawless. Miss Mary is amazingly kind, warm, and professional to a T. I was so impressed with her ability to get the work done while also carrying such a lovely conversation from start to finish. Not many people have the quality of immediately making people comfortable and putting them at ease while also conducting their job perfectly -- but Miss Mary does. This location does not exhibit the professional I expected. I had the displeasure of visiting two times. Both encounters were with Verma Neelam.
She basically took my payment and then after my test, she would explain how they were not valid due to some reasons she had failed to mention before. Also, she spoke openly about my situation in front of another person in the lobby while I was checking out.
It is a scam. Her excuse was I was not thinking about that before, "I'm sorry ". This is horrible service and I feel like my money was the only thing she cared about.

I was impressed with the warm welcome and professional approach by Mr.Raj. He explained the charges for the type of labs I wanted done which were very reasonable. I got my results within the time I was told. Excellent service keep it up.
