I chose this place for the fair price on tires. When installing the tires the gentleman used a 1/2” impact, coming from mechanical experience a torque wrench is needed for this part. I should have questioned at that time but figured the guys knew what they were doing with impacts. Long story short, I’m going to rotate my tires today and they have pulled threads on my stud. No big deal, I figured, I’d give them a call since they were the last ones to touch it. I’m not the best at keeping records especially receipts for tires.. the manager informs me that they don’t keep records of customers names and couldn’t pull video evidence of install. I played out the story of what I saw his guys do.. he’s states they’ve been doing that for years.. I noted discount tire snugs lugs with impacts, then uses torque wrench to complete job. Moral of story pay the extra 100 for discount cause they won’t mess your car up and will have records in case they do!

It extremely depends on which person you get on if they’re going to be honest or not. The new owner isn’t one of the honest ones. Been going here for more than 20 years, they’re really messing up now. This’s the second time I’m broken down because of their dishonesty. They’ve plugged this twice, still leaking air and my mechanic just informed me this’s plugged on the sidewall…you don’t do that. They’re blatantly ripping me off plugging it each time instead of being honest and telling me that isn’t safe and to replace the tire.
The first breakdown they gave me a ‘new tire’ and it has been patched and exploded on the highway causing substantial damage to my vehicle.
I’ve had better prices here than other places but with dishonesty depending on who you get I’m taking my business elsewhere.

What an amazing tire shop
The guys are such gentlemen, with great customer service.
They were ready to work immediately right when I pulled up. You don't even have to get out of your car while service is being done to your vehicle. The tires are inexpensive, and last but not least, the wait time is less than 5 minutes. So if you are a driver or you drive a lot , I highly recommend this place to you ?

Make sure you drive to Denton on University to see him and don’t confuse him with any other red and black “afford its” out there!

Completely screwed over my mother. She was there last September and bought 4 brand new tires — spent $700. Unfortunately, they were incredibly neglectful and sold 2 tires that had a bubble on them which caused her 4Runner to keep shimming regardless of anything she did. When she took it back there to get it looked at, the mechanics said they “couldn’t find anything” and sent her on her way.
She goes to another tire place and finds she was ripped off and now she’s having to spend $570 on two new tires because, there in fact WAS an issue.
They’re lazy and take advantage of new customers. Do not go here unless you want to be ripped off.

So I will give my 2 sense of this shop. First off all, the they do got the right amount of personal to take care of the amount of customers that pull up to the store. Which means you don’t have to wait for someone to be free in order to take care of your issue. Second, they are very respect full which is something you don’t see often in tire shops and they address your inquiries with all respect. Third, they got any tire that you may need on an affordable price, if not they told me they can source it out for me asap. Fourth, I visited 6 tire shops to help me with stretching a tire and no one could help me and I saw them as a last resource( wrong me) and they help me with no questions asked in timely manner. My mistake was to buy a tire from another place instead of buying it from them so they can do all the work. My apologies btw, also they help me to held my tires and fixed them while I was on work and pick them up before they close! Thanks for that!. I do recommend them! I’m the guy with the white Silverado with stretch tires! I guess you know I am since the second tire gave them an extra effort on it! I’ll buy all my future tires with them! Thanks for reading!

They were one out of two places nearby with my tire size available at the time. They were honest, upfront, and quick! Satisfied with the service, and will return if I need to!

The service was great! They got me in and out and a great amount of time. I got there at 8:12 am and left by 8:40 am. I do not remember the guy's name but he was very helpful with getting all three of my tires replaced and the price is very much affordable, too!
