Best hardware store in town, hands down. Helpful, kind people everywhere, ready to answer questions, take you to the product you're looking for, walk you through a project, or order an item online. And can we discuss the garden center??? They have so many plants in such a small space! They KNOW their plants and actually care for them. Its amazing to see people passionate about their jobs, their products, and their customers. Awesome store.

I bought a Traeger and not only did they assemble the grill but also delivered it all for free. The gentleman that delivered it made sure he put it where I wanted it. Their customer service is awesome!!! I have always received great service from them.

Ace Hardware is hands down the best hardware store in town! The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to help—something you don’t always get at the larger competitors. They’re true experts in their field and can guide you through any project, no matter how big or small.
For the size of the store, the selection is fantastic. They manage to stock everything you might need without feeling overwhelming or cluttered. It’s clear they’ve put thought into curating their inventory (a bit more expensive than the competition).
If you want personalized service and expert advice, Ace Hardware is the place to go. Highly recommend!

MICRO MANAGEMENT
I never give one star reviews but unfortunately since this place changed hands it's extremely uncomfortable to walk in this store. I feel like the manager is slave driving the employees. It's like they are under constant surveillance. I went in for one item and asked the employee about another one so the employee took me over to the new item but wasn't able to discuss it with me. The employee seemed anxious and said they needed to get back to their "station." Next thing I see is the manager hovering down an aisle eyeballing us to make sure we didn't speak too long. I got the same vibe from all the employees each time I visit so this will be the last.
The last time I was there I asked the manager a direct question (since I know the employees don't have free will) and got a very curt response. It was basically "just buy something, don't ask questions!"
I have never been in a store that made me feel "icky." It's like the customers are just another number and the employees are dispensable.

there is not a large variety of products.
the prices are high.
Overall the employees do not put FRIENDLY customer service as a high priority. Customer service sure... served with an attitude.
I only shop here for small items when I have to due to time constraints ( it is the closest hardware store to where I live).

Lots of help here, and a WIDELY varied inventory! I much prefer going to Ace instead of HD or L's. On top of the great, abundant help and reasonable prices, I only have to walk a few feet to the door and a few feet to whatever I need! They carry the Stihl line, among others, which I have - including some parts! They staff is exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly.
