This Walmart pharmacy has to be THE MOST INEpTly staffed I've ever encountered. Asked to transfer prescriptions, only one was; I called and confirmed I was on my way to pick up the medicines and the inebt personel in the pharmacy made me wait for over an hour all to find out they didn't fill the prescriptions I asked for. Amazingly inept, they just don't care!!!. Also amazing is how MUCH BETTER Anna Walmart Pharmacy is as a direct comparison: they are efficient, professional, never had an issue with meds being ready as promised, the personel in the pharmacy in Anna actually appreciate your business, and they have a drive-thru pickup/drop. It's Night and day. Sherman Walmart is Just a HORRIBLY NASTEY, DIRTY, and full of employees that just don't G-A-S!!

I get Walmart Delivery and my order has been late the last two times. I can tolerate that but I just got my order with 10 items missing. I contacted Walmart and they said there is nothing they can do but refund the money. I have to wait 7-10 business days for the refund and then can re purchase the items. I pay a monthly fee for Walmart plus and I'm no longer sure that it is worth it.

The fact that Walmart store will not price match their own website is very alarming. Managers were spoken to and instructed they will not price match anymore. Disappointing!

The Walmart itself is alright, but it's got my business forever now. I was in the self checkout area when this random lady started screaming mean shit at the poor woman supervising the area for just doing her job. (Lady was stealing.) Just ugly stuff. And here comes the asset protection man, out of the blue. He defended his associate and didn't let the lady get away with her bullshit like most places would. Any place that takes care of their workers like that has my undying love. You go, asset protection man. Godspeed, get the raise you deserve

I ordered groceries for curbside pick up and i get there at 1 and i see only one spot available and i park and wait for assistance and no one come to my door for 30 mins until a worker came with a cart and said another customer name and i said no that's not me and he walked off never asked for my name or help after that I sat in my car until 2:55 no one came and i called the number on the sign to get help nothing it says the inbox is full. I would say this is the worst Walmart experience I've ever had and this isn't the first time they've done this i get groceries every week and 5/10 they mess it up by missing items or they take so long i have to leave i don't have all day. Never coming back again I'd rather drive to Sherman and get faster service by the time they knock on your window

my wife ordered our groceries from Walmart curbside and it was a horrible experience. First we were shorted over 50.00 worth the food. we called and spoke with a very rude employee named Zion who at first told us that if we didn't like what we got we could pack up our groceries and bring them back. we asked for his name in response to the call he refused at first and then he lied about his name to us. We get there and the manager doesn't take it seriously and says that he likes to play around. Excuse me but I don't like playing around about my money and this is the last time we will go back. I will be telling everyone I know to just take the extra couple minutes and just drive to Sherman cus this place is trash!!!!

Establishment local shopping spot. There is another one in Sherman that's larger for items this one doesn't carry. Just a few more miles away and is busy.

I used the Walmart app to order photos. These app photos get shipped from their South Carolina location. Went shortly after opening. First of all, the associate and possibly the manager were standing around before helping me. Associate had to find the key to a drawer where the photos are kept. She couldn't find the right key. She found the key, but then the manager needed another key that was on the same key chain! So, that took more time. Then, I couldn't pay because she "had just gotten there and had no money". Ridiculous! If the store opens at a certain time, they should be ready for customers!

Everyone is going through challenging times with COVID on the loose and navigating this is more difficult for some than for others. With that being said, I want to kick a shout out to Shane at Walmart in Denison. Shane was stocking shelves in the middle of the day and stopped and went way of his way to help me secure some Clorox wipes. I appreciate his efforts and willingness to be kind. He would have been doing his job still had he just looked on the shelves and said, 'No, we're out!' And I would have thanked him and rolled on like I did about 4 times before that. Not this time! Although they were not on the shelf, I left the store with a 3 pack of wipes. Thank you, Sir!

First off, I think her name was Michelle ( one of the store managers on 82), but she was so nice to me. Thank you so much! God bless you. Besides her both Wal marts in Sherman are terrible. I work in Dallas I believe from now on, I am going to shop at Dallas' Wal Marts before I come home. I have lived in Tyler, Lindale, big Spring, Dallas, Mesquite, Garland Ft. Smith and Sherman. Sherman has the worst two Wal Marts that I have ever seen. It's ashame.

Friday went out shopping. Had a pretty good day. Just felt right getting gifts for people. Last stop of the day was Walmart in Dennison. It was late but not super late maybe 9:00 pm or so. They had every single register closed except self check out. A line had formed from the self check out about half way down the lane in front of all the closed regular check outs. About 4 employees were helping folks with the self check outs but were completely overwhelmed and it was a disaster in that area. Things were not smooth. Every single customer was grumbling and upset and had a sad look on their face and their discussions amongst themselves were how bad Walmart was doing with this setup. They succeeded in providing a negative experience for every person who walked in and my only bad shipping experience of the day. It will influence my next decision on where to go. Walmart....ARE YOU LISTENING??? DO YOU WANT TO RETAIN CUSTOMERS?

Watch out for the powertrip these employees are on. I came to Walmart because needed to make a copy of photo of myself to put with a thank you letter for the donor of my scholarship that was awarded to me through school. The woman at the photo center would NOT let me because she said the photo of me was not taken by me. I told her it was for my scholarship and she didn't care. I just went to another Walmart and did exactly what I needed to do and had no problems. Apparently, at this specific Walmart, you can only print and make copies selfies here because "it's not your photo if you're in the photo because you aren't the person who took the picture yourself".

If you really wanna get aggravated go to this Walmart , the employees will go out of their way to stand in the way on almost every isle. From what I've seen this ridiculously over staffed store has zero management and it shows with how often you have to politely ask rude employees to move out of the way so you can shop. Interrupting their super important conversations with other staff members about something they watched on Netflix gets all sorts of dirty looks. Then when you try to check out you have no other option but self checkout ( even with a full cart of groceries) because they have no cashiers , 50 employees standing around doing nothing and not a single cashier. If you truly enjoy shopping experiences that have you leaving the store in a blind rage this is the place for you! Good luck.

So unimpressed. I use the Walmart Grocery app; it's supposed to be convenient. Not so much. You have to "Reserve" a time, but I'm not sure why. I have to wait longer and longer each time, even after "Checking In" and letting the app track my location so they know I'm in the parking lot. As I write this, I have been waiting for an hour and half, and I still don't have my groceries. I have watched car after car leave with their things. The parking lot is so full people are parking all over the place. I understand not getting my groceries the minute I get to the store, but this is ridiculous.

Employees in the auto department are super lazy. Needed my oil changed. They told us it would be a 3 hour wait when they only had one car they were working on. I asked if we could come back tomorrow at 7am when they open. But they told us they open at 7am but won't start work till 8am.
