I Love uplifting others & praising small businesses. Unfortunately the individual who cut my hair refused to correct my hair. I agreed to leave & go home to see if using my own products would correct part of the situation, however I knew my hair was unevenly cut & would still need correction & at the present time I needed to get on to my hospice clients. So I went all day looking like I didn't fix myself up which my family & friends all know I'm always on point. They saw what had happened in meeting up with them later that day & said I needed to return to the young lady & have her correct it or return my money as it wasn't properly done. I did contact her by text the following morning and was straightforward about having agreed to go home & try to see if I could make it work & after 2 attempts one the evening before bed & the next morning it wasn't layering properly. So it wasn't product related, as I have curly / wavy hair & it doesn't do well with certain products so I was trying to be graceful at the time & get on to work. I was told I was condescending and rude for speaking my truth & told she was confused as she didn't understand what I wanted when I explained my self that morning of the appointment, however I wasn't told she didn't understand till after the fact. I'm sure the Colour Society is a nice place, everyone there was very friendly when I arrived 10 minutes before my stylist arrived that morning. However Camryn Bailey ,I do not recommend. I did find a stylist to correct my hair & she understood perfectly what I was speaking of for my hair needs as did their entire staff. My hair was off by 2 inches to 1.5 inches in certain areas of the cut Camryn Bailey had done & when she told me she couldn't see what was wrong when I pointed it out originally that wasn't the best feeling you ever want to experience from your new stylist.

I had my my hair cut and color by Ashleigh Baker.... She told me how fast and amazing she was... I wanted to believe her. She butchered my hair and gave me the worst highlight job I have ever had. She overcharged my card by 40 dollars and has refused to make it right or return the money. I am so upset. I would never use her if you are particularl about your hair as I am. The length is uneven on both sides and the layers are completely wrong. My hair is long on the outside and short in the middle. My hair was to my bottom... She cut it almost to my shoulders "to save color products" as she said. I am so sick about this whole situation.Services: Haircut
