I am usually easy going until pushed to the wall and T-Mobile has done that with great effort. We have been on T-Mobile service for 2 years and had to call every month to get our bill adjusted down to the rate we were quoted at the time we signed the contract, everyone we talked to said they had it fixed, and we should have no more issues, next month same problem. NOW we have paid the contract off and want our phones unlocked, and they are holding one of the phones hostage because it was not used on their network for 40 days. This phone was purchased two years ago, and I was not able to use it where I lived so I purchased another phone from another company and put my sim card in it and just put the phone from T-Mobil in a drawer figured someone could use it that was living in a more populated area. Well T-Mobile is holding my phone hostage because it was not active on their service for 40 days. Note the phone has been on their service for 2 years just laying in a drawer with a dead battery, that is like you going to the grocery store and buying a gallon of milk and the store telling you to come back in 40 days to pick up your milk. I have been on the phone with them three times now to no avail, first time they said they would escalate the problem and it should take no more than 72 hours, which ended, and I called back because the phone was not unlocked. I was told I had to do all the updates so I followed their directions and did all the updates and then called back, after an almost 2 hour phone call and talking to 2 different managers, which the last one said he would not send me to anyone higher than himself, I still have a phone that I have paid for and they will not unlock my phone for another week which is when the 40 days is up. I don’t know if this sounds like customer service to any of you, but it does not to me. Please do yourself a favor and choose another carrier for your cell phone service and save yourself a lot of grief. Colleen M. - Very Unsatisfied Customer

This is pertaining to store number 374 and these people here are five star excellent we're talking about Francisco Ash and Chase and they actually took the time when I came in I was greeted it felt like I was going to purgatory , the staff here is outstanding again they were able to transfer my information from one phone to another and get my bill pay and whereas the T-Mobile store inside Walmart messed everything up but they're doing as good as they can because they were neophytes working there but I guarantee you chase and Francisco and Ash they need they need to be compensated in more ways than one and that's about it because I could go on and on but I won't bend your ear too much good night God bless thank you

Poor customer service only cares about the money. They raise your bill every month. Then you set up a payment and they claim u have insufficient funds just so they can disconnect you and charge you even more money

I was a customer with at&t for quite a while. I had a Galaxy S22 ultra 512 gb which was absolute top of the line at the time. I wanted to get out from under them because they were taking me to the cleaners. I went to tmobile, they said they would get me out from under at&t and got me into a considerably cheaper, bottom of the line galaxy phone. I am now getting bills from at&t for $1500. I called the tmobile store and they acted very sketchy. They basically could not tell me what had happened to this phone. They said that there were a couple of different promotions that I could have been signed up for, but couldn't tell me whether or not I was. The phone was still locked and I owed money on it. I was under the impression that they were going to pay it off and get me out of the contract with at&t. Why would I just give away a $1200 phone and not expect anything in return? This all seems very suspicious and I want to know what the hell happened to this phone. How should I proceed?

Ashley is the person to deal with, although the other employees need to keep up with cell phones that are on sale , I would recommend that you call the corporate office and ask them for pricing before you go. I didn't and got a cellphone I didn't want and then I found out that the phone I wanted was on sale and I could have gotten it

Very happy with T-Mobile. Went in to switch from my former carrier. In and out in about 20 minutes.

Friendliest folks at T mobile and friendly employees. All the nice lady was trying do do was show me how I could pay my T mobile bill from home while saveing myself 5.00 bucks. But maybe it's just me but to me this just sounds and smells like lazy on either the part of T mobile or AT &T that might be buying out my T-Mobile store. If that comes into effect and not just a rumor I might as well be getting myself an Obama phone and be getting myself free internet service!

This store has the absolute best quality of customer service I have seen of any store period. Very nice and friendly caring staff. Not only were they the best for me I watched them with all the other customers in the store and well; Just Awesomeness!

Stopped at Mobile in Denison, TX yesterday with my dead phone in hand. I was met by Savannah, a big helpful smile and true understanding of my issue. She brought my phone back to life quickly and with true professionalism. Her asst. manager Chase was also there to help. This was my first time using this location...I was impressed.I moved over to TM after 18 years with Verizon...the last 3 of which were a series of failed commitments and raising issues to the exec level. I finally gave up after a king series of attempts to save the relationship.T-mobile has met every issue except 1. A good start. I tend to stay with those who try to fulfill their part and always try to recognize those that show good service and true customer care....not often found anymore.Hats off to these two young folks.

Customer service is awesome! Phone service not so good, actually it's pretty bad. The guys at the store were awesome and did everything that they could do to help resolve our problems but we just have bad service in southeastern Oklahoma with T-Mobile.

We are new ,we left a provider that was absolutely horrible, the first thing I asked was does t mobile throttle, they said no . We own our own phones they sent the cards we put them in . Sitting at my home had all the bars full strength, even made some phone calls , after around 15 days came a t mobile update . After the update the signal bars dropped, no internet and now I can no longer make a phone call unless I connect to my 360 at home. It is better than who we were with . If I am in sherman or denison it works well .however I was told that I would have good service at my home and kinda of did until the update .we have done did this and that to the phones did not improve. This is just our experience, update, sitting in sherman my security is alarming and I cannot check my system shows have 4g and cannot get the internet to access.good thing my friend has at&t

A 1 star review, not 1 star employee in view, and not one iota of attention i drew. 10 minutes elapsed I simply withdrew, disconnected from the place, and must heal the small trauma from the neglect. These words I speak true. Still love you too...
