What a pleasure to work with! I came into Salty Lime around 3:30 on Sat afternoon. (Not realizing they close at 4:00 pm).
I was looking for ladies shoes and Cathy Cobb was so helpful!!
By the time we left it was 5:00. Cathy was incredibly professional. She helped guide me through my choices(s) and was so patient.
It’s refreshing to shop where one isn’t rushed and is so helpful.
I would recommend Salty Lime 5 stars.

I’ve been to salty many times it’s always FUN. But today blew me away. My daughter is growing up and was wanting more trendy pieces. This is a difficulty for us as she has a disability. The owners were kind, and welcoming to our family. Ava was genuinely kind and matched up “younger” looking outfits for my baby. We are a plus size family and felt 100% welcome. Thank you salty for helping settle my mama heart!

Ordered online a month ago have not received my order. Sent several messages no response. Editing my review. Marcy personally called me and explained it was a system glitch and my order was lost. She was very friendly and polite and released my items right away. Great customer service. Thank you Marcy for being so kind and helpful

A friend of mine went in here for a working interview . They let me know the manager was extremely rude and threw her into tasks alone with little to no explanation. When these tasks were not completed correctly or if she needed to ask a question she was belittled. Things like “I just showed you” or “I thought you would be done faster” or “Why aren’t you listening to me.?” Then asked her if she had any disabilities. Not okay and completely unacceptable. Overall made her feel disparaged.

I had a great experience overall. I ordered jeans online, the judy blue shield pocket jeans, they arrived and fit great. This is my 3rd pair of judy blues and 1st pair I actually like. I was shocked how fast shipping was. The ONLY reason for my 4 stars - is the jeans smell of chemicals. I washed them this evening on a 2 hour wash -deep clean cycle and the smell is still there.Is this normal for Judy Blues? Any suggestions on getting rid of this odor?
