Anyone that buys from the classic auto group is an idiot. Owner says service after the sale. Obviously that's bullshit. 155$ later and she leaves with less parts than car came with. 500 to fix cost me $35. Service advisor is a Picee of shit. Feel free to look at pics and get names. She took it. Told them it was cam sensor. Still charged her more for a car under warranty.

So just another quick review as to how "things seem to be going downhill" after the Covid pandemic. Been taking my 2018 Tundra to Classic Toyota ever since had major issues with Toyota of Ardmore (OK). But this June 2022 when I took it in for warranty work I was informed it would cost $155 to remove my grill guard and reinstall ( along with other incidentals). Really had me hostage as only other option was another 2 hr round trip ( plus gasoline expenses) to do this work myself. Had little choice but to pay. So when I get home look at the bill and it has a gold sticker attached that says if you didn't get "truly exceptional" service to call Bill Fisher, service manager. To no avail - the going rate for the service tech is $155/hr. Maybe next time I'll hire my physician- he doesn't charge that much?!?! Just fair warning. ps the lady next to me in service dept had her entire car washed whereas I got to drive home at night with the dead bugs still on my windshield

I started out excited about this business. I purchased 3 Tundras a Rav4 and a Centra. In the very beginning the owner was very kind and appreciative as he got everything into place. It's been a number of his years now with a Chevrolet dealership purchase as well. While he focuses on that things seem to be changing at Toyota. The greeting you would get when you drove in used to make you feel like they really did appreciate your business. Today I waited 5 minutes or more and not a soul in site. I had to chase down the help. I have been in now 4 times with a brake noise. I can't get the service person to ask the mechanic to look at my brake issue!! Its pissing me off!!! ..... whoops, sorry. It's still not fixed. I'm moving on. I asked a few other people in the waiting area their opinion and they both said things have changed and gone downhill.... I have the owner's cell leaving messages trying to help and I'm ignored. I have one more free service and I'm now taking my business elsewhere.

I always come here to do my mileage service for my car but the last time I came here, I had exceptional service. Tanya in the service department was very kind, professional, personable, and very quick to give me updates on my car. Not only that but she was well organized and detailed oriented. I had a lot of work done on my car and they gave me a rental for free of charge. They are super friendly and everything from my service appointment was completed to a T! Thank you Classic Toyota for your amazing service.

I purchased a 2015 Toyota Tundra 1794 from Dee and Hal in August 2015. During the purchase I thought I was sold an extended package that would cover future oil changes. After the factory Maint Package expired I found out the hard way I was not sold the extended service but rather an extended drive train warranty. After discussion with Hal I was told that Classic wanted to make it right and they did. If anyone is looking for a great place to purchase your first or your next Toyota go to Classic and see Dee and Hal. I wouldn't say it has been the perfect buying experience, but they have been honest, honored every promise, and made me feel like more than a customer.

My search for a 2017 Tacoma TRD PRO started online with emails to dozens of dealers both local and out of state. Many of the dealers I contacted never even responded! Dee, the Classic Toyota of Texoma online representative, was quick to respond to my questions about the truck with no unrelated stall/switch techniques where are used by some of the other dealers. She even gave me her cell number to expedite the communication. Additionally, Classic's price did not include a "market adjustment" as was the case with 2 DFW dealers (to the tune of almost $5,000 over MSRP at the other local dealerships)! I made an appointment for the next day and Brad showed me the truck, took me for a test drive, and answered my questions. The truck was as Dee stated and we struck a deal. Everyone at the dealership from the owner Eric to ALL of his staff where friendly, helpful, and courteous. Save yourself hundreds if not thousands of dollars by making the short drive north of DFW to Classic Toyota of Texoma in Denison Texas. More than the dollars saved the people there are great to work with! They even gave me a fair trade on my F-150 truck which was also appreciated!
