I wish I remembered who helped me today but he had dark hair and a beard any ways he was wonderful. He really helped us a lot. He helped me find the right product and helped me put on my windshield wipers. He went above and beyond and we are so thankful.

I came in after a pleasant phone call with one of the employees. I spoke primarily with Clarissa who provided insightful information regarding a part I needed to order. She explained the process and helped me find the part I needed at a reasonable price. Shane also chimed in with useful comments. I highly recommend this location as well as Clarissa and Shane.

04/01/24 ~ April Fools Day ~ We use this O'Reilly for our primary auto part stuff. I've always had excellent customer service here. Something was off on April Fools Day. They usually assist me with my needs. Spouse was under the weather so I came here. I bought the fuses but this time they didn't want to assist with replacing the fuse. There was only 1 customer before me. Not busy, but who am I to know what else was going on behind the scenes. Drove across the street, Auto Zone, bought more fuses, lol, and they replaced my fuse. Just an off day aka April Fools Day. #DenisonTexas #GraysonCounty

Car died while driving. O’Reillys tested my battery and told me that it was a good battery. Drove my car back to O’Reilly’s and they told me it was the alternator. Got the alternator replaced, and the car died again. Charge the battery they said it’s a good battery. Ran another test and they said that the starter is bad and that that was draining the battery. Replaced the starter in the car. Died again after the battery have been charged.. clearly its a bad battery! That’s still under warranty. Staff member Michael says as long as the test says it’s good he can’t replace it. Because of their opinion I have a new alternator and starter for no reason and still can’t drive.
