Vetted several animals through this clinic as well as adopted a kitten from the shelter 3 years ago. No complaints thus far. Kind staff and reasonable costs.

This place is trash!!!!!A friend and I find an abandoned dog at waterloo Park. Trying to do the right thing we find DAWG is out of room but this place has room but "you gotta have a Denison address id." Myself who has lived in Denison for 20 years, with Denison address, pays Denison taxes, arrives at the facility. The low qaulity person behind the desk is clearly not excited to potentially take this dog. She has already attempted to discourage my friend from bringing it in. When we arrived she was no better. Putting forth a poor demeanor. As I was about to fill out the form she asked where in Denison my address was. I told her the location and it was "not in Denison" enough, even though it's Denison address, Denison zip and everyone is on Denison water, as well as, DISD school and mail runs there. She was in some weird way trying to find anyway not to take this dog. She was also promised a donation.So...I alerted herI pay a small fortune in taxes for DENISON ISD to be told since I live down 69 they won't take an animal I found at waterloo dog park. After expressing my delight with colorful language and showing myself out I awaited my friend. I was informed they took the dog without a Denison id. Well well well... and were going to call the police due to me expressing free speech. PSA...False police reports are a punishable offense. Don't waste taxpayer money because you lack accountability. Maybe just do your job and quit giving people the run around.A phone call was made to ascertain the manager of the facility. The respondent became immediately combative with questions of accountability. When asked who the manager of the facility is, they question your need for one and then refuse you the information.Trash people. You could tell that lady didn't want to work. When you call the cops let them know I NEVER intend to return to this dumpster fire. Too many good places around here with way higher quality people.I was trying to do something you're supposed to do. Help a dog.

never answers the phone when you call, and if they do, they’re extremely rude. no issues with the vet that cleans the kennels and tells you more about the pets, but the front desk person is insanely rude and judgmental.

I rescued a kitten off the streets and I was worried about exposing him to my resident cat. No other vet in the area was able to see us on short notice, except Morton Street - and I'm so glad they did because these people were SO kind! I don't get the reviews about "rudeness" because we received excellent care for our kitten and they were nothing but polite and caring. I now have peace of mind little Peppercorn Ranch is getting the best care between our home and a great vet. I will definitely trust them for all our future vet care needs. Thank you Morton Street! ❤

I adopted a puppy from here a few months ago. The staff is always nice and friendly. I feel like the vets were always very thorough with all of her check ups. I highly recommend you stop by if you're looking to adopt a kitten or puppy.
