I was in the self checkout area when this random lady started screaming mean shit at the poor woman supervising the area for just doing her job. (Lady was stealing.) Just ugly stuff. And here comes the asset protection man, out of the blue. He defended his associate and didn't let the lady get away with her bullshit like most places would. “Carmen is awesome. Very friendly & efficient. My husband and I had to travel(1hr 15min)from OK to her location because we didn't have a Boost in our town. We needed new phones and she only had 1 sim card. She told us UPS would be delivering sometime that day. We said we would grab some lunch and come back. She text me a bit later and said she would go across town to meet UPS driver and get the cards needed. Then text me when she got back. We got our new phones, set them up and we were on our way back to OK. Carmen went above and beyond for us!! Thank you!!”
