Shay was an amazing help from beginning to end. I went in panicked and again when phone dropped. Then was in a wreck and phone died. Replaced yet again
Now looking to do a tablet and I do feel this will be just as good of an experience.

The local stores never answer the phone I've had issues with the internet since I've gotten it and they don't tell you if/when the raggedy box that they give you stops working that a new one cost $250. Would definitely NOT refer anyone there

Customer for 17 years. Same number. Cannot use anything on my phone. They slowed my service down so slow I cannot even clock in for work using an app, Google maps will not work, cannot check my email. $40 per month for 17 years. Can't even call emergency numbers
Phone says no Internet and calls Don't go thru. All for them wanting me to upgrade to a higher monthly payment. Let's just see how that works out for them. Paying $16.96 a month for Amazon music and $14.95 per my mouth for Amazon prime
Cannot use it without phone service. I called Amazon prime Amazon music and all my other subscriptions they all issued me a refund for not being able to use their services
MetroPCS tells me nothing

They need a second person and more chairs to sit down it was very slow very slow I was there for almost 2 hours just a trade in one phone.

There is a new owner they took over the store and they don’t want to help you when you purchase something from MetroPCS or T-Mobile. I have to go to the store did you bought it from and it’s a MetroPCS device they won’t exchange it they won’t try to help you, not a good store to go to find a different location

Local agent in store was not knowledgeable on issues,I needed to take Care of. Maybe new team member ,"however" I couldn't resolve what I was there for. I had to get a ride to TX because there is not a Metro in Durant, Ok. So wasted time & Money. Thank you for listening.
