I purchased a phone and plan from here and signed up for auto pay which brings my bill down from 65 to 50 but they were trying to take it out before the due date and my money wasn't on my card yet so I went up there and got charged 15 dollars just to change my payment date. The guy never mentioned this to me not once. I feel they ripped me off for all the months I had to pay 65 bc of them.
