“This place is a great place to get your oxygen supplies. They are friendly and will go out of their way to help when we have a storm that makes the power go off and it’s on the weekend. They brought me a oxygen unit and several bottles of oxygen so I would have enough to last through the storm . Thank you for being so nice. ❤️”
“TMC on Main St in Denison is absolutely the best. I was in need of a knee cruiser (scooter) . My mom and I went to the store on October 18th and spoke to Trina. She put a scooter together and let me try it out while she called my insurance to confirm that it would be a covered item and that they were in network. Next she called my physician to get the required office notes faxed to go with their claim for payment. Since I've met my OOP for the year there was no cost to me. She showed me how to make any necessary adjustments regarding height of handle bars, knee pad height and how to lay the handle bar down for storage and remove basket if needed. We were there less than an hour. Trina even took the scooter to the car and loaded it for us. This is an EXCELLENT facility with EXCELLENT staff. They also have a delivery service if you don't want to wait on your insurance or doctor to get them the necessary information to process your claim. Thanks so much! You guys are the best!
