“TMC on Main St in Denison is absolutely the best. I was in need of a knee cruiser (scooter) . My mom and I went to the store on October 18th and spoke to Trina. She put a scooter together and let me try it out while she called my insurance to confirm that it would be a covered item and that they were in network. Next she called my physician to get the required office notes faxed to go with their claim for payment. Since I've met my OOP for the year there was no cost to me. She showed me how to make any necessary adjustments regarding height of handle bars, knee pad height and how to lay the handle bar down for storage and remove basket if needed. We were there less than an hour. Trina even took the scooter to the car and loaded it for us. This is an EXCELLENT facility with EXCELLENT staff. They also have a delivery service if you don't want to wait on your insurance or doctor to get them the necessary information to process your claim. Thanks so much! You guys are the best! “Hello, well my first experience with breath of life. Well let me tell you about it. The first episode it was okay and then we lost communication and it didn't work out and then covid hit and then recall it then so when it end up frying it got water all in it and burned it out or whatever. Then I called and I spoke to Chase and so he gave me all the information and was so kind come could relax help my anxiety come from a thousand all the way down to zero. That's some hard work to do. Only my spouse can do that. But anyway he calmed me down and and talk to me where I can understand it on my own level cuz I have a little learning disability so he broke it down for I can understand it on my own level so that was amazing. Then I went up there today and cuz by machine not the machine but the mask I accidentally torn or ripped something. He gave me information to call Phillips and so I made that connection with Phillips and so I went up there and picked it up and then Phillips in the collection agency telling me that I didn't have to pay off my balance or whatever and so I was kind of upset and confused about that. So who come that amazing Chase again me and him talked and he calmed me down from a thousand again all the way down to zero. You know that's like I said that's hard work. Only my spouse can really do that. But anyway he did that and find out now that I'm paying on the the new machine it will totally be mine and stuff like that. So I am so happy that they have him there to understand people to speak to them and not trying to brush them off and just have his patience. You know we need more people like Chase in the ? ? ..where they can have patience with people you know and you. You can feel the the comfort and the patience that he has in his voice and the way that he talked to you over the phone. It is just so amazing you know and I just want to post this with you and say thank you Chase for being a amazing person that you are and God is going to continue to bless you. “This place is a great place to get your oxygen supplies. They are friendly and will go out of their way to help when we have a storm that makes the power go off and it’s on the weekend. They brought me a oxygen unit and several bottles of oxygen so I would have enough to last through the storm . Thank you for being so nice. ❤️”
