Came here for the first time 2 weeks ago and waited 20 minutes because they were super busy but my nails were done nice and they looked the best they ever looked so super happy. Fast forward 2 weeks I called a day ago to make an appointment I show up on time at my appointment today and I sat there for half an hour and still hadn't been taken back yet. I don't know why it's so hard for any nail place to make you not wait it's so frustrating.

Really not impressed with the classic pedicure, it was the shortest pedicure I've ever gotten. The massage was basically just rubbing lotion on my legs for a minute. The nail tech ripped the toe dividers out from my feet so aggressively it messed up one of the nails. She "fixed" it and it was still messed up. Will not be back. My nails look like a child painted them.

Had a scheduled appointment and they weren't able to get me in till a half hour or more. Nails turned out good but I done a lot of waiting around.

My sister and I had a great experience here. It was Mother's Day weekend and I was surprised when we got there before they opened but we were welcomed to go on in. They got to us right away. As the morning went on they of course got very busy, but were adequately staffed. I never felt like they were rushing through our pedicure to get to other customers.
I enjoyed the service, atmosphere, and music.

I go to Irene and she is BY FAR the BEST! I've gotten my nails and feet done for 10+yrs, and since finding her, I've not went anywhere else! Super clean & friendly!

They did a really good job on my pedicure, but I was not impressed with there hospitality with me because I was sitting there and I noticed everybody had a personal drink from Luxor and they did not offer me a single drink of water! & plus I was really thirsty LOL, anyway I don't believe I'll be giving them anymore of my business! Even though I've been going to Luxor nail spa for about 4 or 5 years now, but I guess they dont remember me because I stepped away for about a year from Luxor nail spa "so maybe don't remember me" but I've spent big money in that place in the past and I just didn't appreciate being treated like that !!! Good luck ??

I am so beyond disappointed! The last couple times I have come, it has been amazing. But this last time (last Friday), the guy rushed the whole thing. I guess he was trying to get to the bday part after me. I have since had more of my nails than not fall off. Already!! They just got dipped Friday afternoon! I tipped the guy 15 dollars cause I thought before I left that it was just cause y’all were busy and overwhelmed. But when Irene did my nails last, they lasted for 3 and 1/2 weeks!! My nails are already almost gone! I just really feel like you skipped over me and did the bare minimum and then he even charged me more than I’ve ever been charged and I’ve never done anything more than I did this time and than definitely got less than a great job. I really had thought you guys were great…I couldn’t be more wrong.
