I am writing this review to alert everyone about the severe cybersecurity failure at Simmons Bank. Their systems were hacked, and as a result, my mom’s account has been completely wiped out. This is a serious issue that goes beyond inconvenience – it’s a breach of trust and a failure to protect their customers’ financial security.
The impact of this breach has been devastating for our family, causing significant stress and financial hardship. If Simmons Bank cannot ensure the safety of their customers’ accounts, they should not be in the business of banking. I urge everyone to reconsider banking with Simmons Bank until they can prove that their security measures are robust and reliable. Protect your finances and choose a bank that takes cybersecurity seriously.

Have showed up 3 times to go in the lobby. Today I showed up at 3:50 and the lobby was closed. So I pulled to the drive through and was told the lobby has been closed all day. When I asked if I could do my business through the drive through I was told I couldn’t because it was now after 4pm. IT WAS 4:02pm!!This bank doesn’t understand that customers and customer service is literally what keeps it going. I wish it was Landmark again. Simmons has some serious catch up to do. If it weren’t for the app I would go else where.

If I could give the a zero I would I go out to the bank to deposit a check in my business account and I request the bank l ance I'm told they need my driver's license to request balance. That makes no sense why would some random person deposit a check in a account and request balance and that's what I told the person wanting on me .how are you treated like a thief to deposit money and request a balance from a bank you pay to handle your money terrible bank do not bank with them run as fast as you can from them.i stopped taking checks in my business because of the hard time I'm given and they is much more I'm not telling about don't have the time and space.how do you treat some I ne like they are a criminal or doing something wrong to deposit a check in they commercial account

Asked someone in the drive-through to take out cash from my savings account. It was taken from my checking..such an inconvenience when you cannot receive what is asked for.

I had been a customer of the Simmons banks for several years. I banked with the Pottsboro bank before it closed. I have attempted to use the ATM in Denison several times since they transferred me there. It has been out of order or out of money four of the five times. Today I tried to deposit a check that was made out to my nephew that he had signed. I was told I needed to bring him up there with me. I will not have any money in their bank by tomorrow!

Walked in to open an account. Was told to wait someone would be right with us. 10 minutes, still waiting while a few employees made their coffee, checked their phones, looked at us standing there. Only 1 other customer present & about 8 employees. After a few more minutes we left. Went to another bank that was quite happy to have our business.

I am writing this review as I sit at the desk of a Senior Relationship Banker, Nikki Davis at the Denison, TX FM 120 branch. After many incidents of poor customer service since Simmons bought out my beloved Landmark Bank in 2019,, I came in today to close my accounts. I no longer have the desire to tolerate poor customer service. My last day as a customer, is no different …. After having to wait about 15 minutes when Nikki had no one in her office or on the phone, I was finally invited into her office. I told her I needed to close my accounts and she did not even ask why. No attempt to find out why I was dissatisfied as a customer. I’m happy to have new accounts now at a local bank that is a competitor of Simmons. Do not recommend Simmons Bank!

Well, the employees are great, but the powers that be have removed the really good ATM and the only one left is a decrepit old one that is always down. On weekends especially this one needs to work!
