John Chaks Auto is truly a credit to our community. Ask any customer of his constant care and genuine concern for their best safety and well being. John speaks personally with every employee and customer to be sure all are informed and expecting the very best outcome. He knows his limitations and can save you expensive (often needless) “pull and replace” tactics used by many shops today. A wonderful stable and reliable source of quality automotive repair . I am thankful to have John in Denison! I highly recommend him.

I was referred to John from discount tires- I had to get two tires replaced and needed and alignment and am from out of town. I did a google and could only find good reviews, so I decided to try him out and am so glad I did. He is honest, a clear communicator, professional, and just seems like an all around nice guy. I ended up being in his waiting room for around 3 hours (due to extenuating circumstances; not anything the shop did) and seeing him interact with his customers was very… comforting almost? He was always so polite and low pressure when talking to customers about estimates. I’d happily patronize his business again if I had the opportunity.

The owner was very friendly. Came in for a simple oil change and they went ahead and inspected my vehicle and let me know what repairs I may have needed in the future with a comprehensive list with pictures I will definitely be coming back to this shop

John Chaks Automotive has been doing the oil changes and any repairs needed on my minivan for several years. The staff is always very kind and supportive and work is done in a timely manner. I recommend them without reservation!

Great shop! I moved here 2 years ago from Minnesota and needed an automotive shop I can trust and rely on. John, Tyler and crew have always been fair with me and have always solved my van/truck problems. I highly recommend them.

My trucks air ride decided to give out 2 days before an important medical appointment, and when I asked if it would be done before so I could drive down to Dallas, they did everything in their power to get the job done so I wouldn't miss my appointment. They got my truck done the day before, ordering all the parts and nitrogen to get the job done in one day. Tyler Plum was an outstanding guy, he even gave me a ride home cause I had no other means of transportation. I highly recommend you bring your vehicle to these guys! They are professional, honest, and down to earth.

I own an automotive repair shop and needed an oil change when I was 6 hours from home. They got it in and done. Used the oil and filter I asked for and was very friendly. John even took the time to talk shop business for a couple of hours. Good guys and very well ran business. Thank you for your service these types of Automotive repair shops are very rarely found anymore. If your ever in west Texas look me up I'll by lunch.

If I could give this place more stars I would. Called them on a Tuesday morning and a couple of hours later they had diagnosed the issue and presented a very professional approach with their customer service and repairs. Very good communication and extremely fair pricing.

I brought my 2001 Chevy Pickup to this shop to diagnosis a knocking sound coming from the engine. Not only did they quickly figure out I had an exhaust leak but they went above and beyond to get it repaired and made sure to take care of any other issues that were causing problems. They got me turned around really quickly and back on the road. I greatly appreciate the extra effort these guys did for me.

My daughter and I, both, had a wonderful experience at John Chaks Automotive. Both of our automobiles had complete checkups to determine ALL the issues that might be going on in our cars. My daughter had a transmission issue that was resolved in 3 days!!! WOW!! While this repair was expensive, as it would have been ANYWHERE, my daughter's car has NEVER run this well since she purchased it 6 years ago. My car ended a BADLY overdue tuneup. Now she is driving with a pep that feels like a NEW car. The staff at Chaks is so KIND and DETAILED!!! We are so happy to have learned about John Chaks Automotive. We will not be using anyone else to repair our vehicles. Perfect ending to much needed repairs. Thank you to all the staff at Chaks Automotive!!!! Yall are the BEST!!!
