Hook em up came out in freak all cold to help me first time owner with my frozen diesel pick up! He was funny and quick and went above beyond even adding diesel heat gel to car when everyone was sold out! I will def use him and reccomend him in future to everyone I know!

Last week we were stuck in the sand 100ft away from parking lot and the driver from "Yo Mommas Towing"kept saying he wouldn't be able to reach us with his winch, HOWEVER never even try to see nor would back closer where there was not quick sand. No effort to try or want to help. And we waited 30min on him after trying hours ourselves. So we called HOOK EM UP TOWING and the owner was very kind and the driver was too. And his truck was alittle smaller and he pulled out both myself and then the truck that tried helping us,in ONE Take!! First of all let me just say how GRATEFUL we are to Hook ‘Em Up and our driver Trevor. Last night at midnight we blew out a tire (stupid run flats) and made it to a gas station. After waiting on AAA for 2 1/2 hours, then AAA stated no one was coming, we called Hook ‘em Up and they showed up in 30 minutes like they said they would. We had the car towed all the was back to Frisco. Trevor was the tow truck operator and I can’t say enough nice things about him, great attitude, kind, professional, nice and carried on a great conversation for the 40 mins it took us to get the car home. Once again I really appreciate these guys!!!Service: Car towing

Very prompt & professional! Of all times, We needed service at 3:30 a.m. from Durant, OK, to Dallas, TX. I really didn’t think We would find someone willing to tow a vehicle at that time and the distance but We did and were so grateful! Highly recommend if a wrecker is needed!

Had a woman frantically come knock on my car window and tell me she had accidentally locked her baby in her truck along with her phone. I immediately googled wrecker services in the area since I didn't live there. They were there within 10 minutes and had the door unlocked very quickly. The mother was thankful for their quick service and the driver was very friendly. Highly recommend them.
