Professional and efficient care even on last trip there. Previous trip had few emergencies. This time even with a full house and more coming the service was very good.

They took really good care of my dog overnight & monitored her closely & gave her IV fluids. The reason I didn't give them a 5 star is due to the staff being unfriendly!

I am so grateful for this Emergency Clinic. We have used them several times with our cats and dog and each experience has been great, even under difficult circumstances. We never want our animals to get sick or hurt, but it happens, and when it happens in the middle of the night or early morning, this clinic has been our only resource to count on. Yes, it is costly, as any emergency visit would be, but at each visit we were given options to choose from and were given the opportunity to accept the treatment or not. The care of the animal is most important to the vet and vet assistants, but ultimately it is up to the owner to make the final financial decision, so I don't understand why people complain about the expense of the visit. Considering the circumstances, it has been well worth it to me. On our last visit we were even given a credit/refund when we were able to pick up our dog earlier than expected. And, the vet assistant went above and beyond to provide all paperwork needed with EVERYTHING that was done to our dog while in their care. I 100% recommend Grayson County Animal Emergency Clinic for after hour vet care.

Worst vet clinic I ever dealt with. Avoid this place. My dog recently had surgery on her ear and ripped the bandage off opening the ear again where it was bleeding pretty good. I called this emergency clinic since my regular vet was closed being a Saturday. When I called, the tech who answered said they were busy but I could bring my dog in.We got there, checked in and got into the room with the doctor in about 20 minutes. The doctor looked at it for all of maybe 10 seconds and said there was nothing she could do. I asked if she could clean it and bandage it like it was and she said there was no point unless I am willing to change the bandage every day. Of course I am willing, but at that moment I'm concerned with getting the ear bandaged again and the doctor wanted no part of it. After I asked again, she said, well..I give you an estimate on it. She clearly wasnt interested in helping at all. I was in the room all of 5 minutes, the doctor did nothing to help and I leaving an emergency clinic with a dog with an open wound.Went to the counter where the tech at the front desk was extremely rude. She explained how she has worked with the doctor. She wasnt even in the exam room with us and trying to tell me what the doctor said. The tech was rude to me for being upset the doctor wasnt interested in helping.5 minutes in the exam room. They did nothing but be really rude and charged me $125.Avoid this clinic. Go somewhere they actually care about helping animals rather than just collecting easy money from pet owners. Terrible clinic! Would give ZERO stars if it was possible.

Christmas early morning hours 12:40am we took our senior fur-baby for pain, moaning, couldn't get comfortable or sleep and coughing because of congestive heart failure. He was treated very well. The medication seems to have helped him ease the pain. Friendly staff and Dr. We've never had bad treatment from them from 2019 to now, 2023. Always sweet, kind, courteous, caring people who have been so sweet with our baby every time. We've even had to leave him overnight and he was treated well. I was able to call and check on him during the night. When we need to take him during the night or weekend, this is where our baby goes. We've been happy so far. Of course, we always check with our regular Dr. Grayson Riddle or Dr. Lange afterwards to follow up.

Excellent! I arrived not knowing what was going on with my fur baby, they did a complete work up, followed up with me on price before any treatment was rendered. They took the time to thoroughly explain her results & made sure I understood the medication regimen they put her on before leaving. We were in & out in a very short amount of time! Very satisfied with the Dr & staff. I’m so thankful they were open & ready to care for my baby. She’s feeling much better!
