If you are looking for a resort hotel, look elsewhere. This is about solid, clean cabins, for time with family and time away from work. We have a boat and docko at Grand Pappy's. It was a good decision to buy the boat and docko.

Always have taken great care of us! Can’t speak in depth to the resort but as a marina it’s hard to beat on Texoma. Put in a service call and it’s done without protest.

I really enjoyed camping here. The staff is awesome and their restrooms are always clean (excluding the females restroom) but that is due to the disgusting female guest that goes there and destroys their bathrooms. If you want to eat at their restaurant make sure you have some money because it is not cheap at all. But this place is awesome for camping.Safety: They do have a security guard on duty

Went on a guided fishing trip. It was fun, the lake was choppy but the guide found us a food spot to limit out the board.
