This pharmacy is horrible. I repeatedly tried to hand my insurance card to the guy at the drive thru. He said he didn’t need it. I told him I had a different insurance company so they needed my new card. He said to come back at 7pm and they would have it filled. Came back at 7pm and they bring me my prescription and state insurance company refused to pay for the prescriptions. I asked why and he could not tell me. This gentleman was black and very rude! Had no personality at all. I will go to Family Pharmacy in Pottsboro and not have to worry about this again. The reason the insurance company denied the prescriptions is because I no longer have this insurance company as I told this man several times and basically he would not listen. If you don’t like your job, go find another job. No sence in being rude and never smiling.

The most dysfunctional store in Denison TX.
Pharmacy slightly improved but not great.
Retail side is disgusting.
Nauseatingly sweet until the customer expresses dissatisfaction, then boisterous and RUDE. Today I had to ask for assistance with a return item and the clerk ROLLED HIS EYES as he approached the register.
He tried to help me, however, then the supervisor came over and told him he did it wrong.

I've been a customer at this CVS for years, and the condition of the bathroom has been consistently appalling. It's clear that management has ignored repeated complaints and failed to address the issue. The bathroom is always filthy, with unclean floors, overflowing trash, and a pervasive odor that makes it unbearable to use. This isn't just a minor oversight—it's a serious health hazard. It's shocking that a reputable chain like CVS allows such neglect. It's high time the management took responsibility and ensured proper cleaning and maintenance. Customers deserve better, and it's about time this issue is fixed once and for all.

The absolute worst pharmacy on the planet. Prescriptions never correct or on time. It's always someone else's fault. Yea right. Do not use this pharm if you need your Prescriptions correct and on time.

Don't use this pharmacy if you ever plan on needing to talk to somebody by telephone, because it's literally impossible. Their voice automated service lost themselves a customer, I hope it's worth it!

Charged me 67$ for a Generic prescription I normally get for 18$ at Walmart incorrectly filled prescription causing repeat trip and several phone calls back to Walmart for refills I have learned my lesson! FYI that's over 5$ a pill for a Generic drug!

The last couple crazy holiday weeks this employee has been working every single time I've been here. I had a bad experiences this Moring with talking to someone on the phone about my prescription medicine the gentle men that I spoke on the phone acted like he didn't want to deal with it I understand you might be busy but as some one that works for customer service should always try to find a way to help and give them there time. I called about my prescription why it was being on hold the gentle men said because the insurance I had on file they do not take that so I told him I had a different insurance but he acted like he didn't want to hear me out instead he said I can transfer it to Walmart or Walgreens when I specially said I had another insurance that they can put on file. I just hated how he was being rude and not understanding for someone that shops so much at CVS and that only lives like 3 miles there.
