The last couple crazy holiday weeks this employee has been working every single time I've been here. She is just so positive, and willing to help no matter what situation I've gotten myself into, lol. I just wanted to thank CVS for this incredible employee (Lori) who makes shopping easy and fun! Everything is very expensive Went in to get some cough Drops Cheapest they had was $6.00So I went to Walmart around the corner an bought the same cough Drops same size same Brand same cough for $2.80 I'm not going back in there .

I wrote review 1/7, waiting on script called in 1/4. Still waiting for script....going on a week. I have filled this script there for a year. I was told it was not transferable to other CVS. They owe me an apology for their stupidity.

Incompetent is the only thing I can say about this location (the pharmacy that is). For 12 months solid they have screwed up a single RX for our dog. Each time we speak to them they say the fax from the vet hasn't arrived. I've personally viewed the faxes that were sent with the time stamp and success. They've told us the RX is ready and when we get there it's not on multiple occasions. They have told us the quantity on the RX was wrong when it wasn't s they told us the dose was wrong when it never changed. They've sent us away for 14 minutes as it will be ready and then returned to say it was. It ready. They've asked US to call other cvs pharmacies to check if the medication was in stock!!! US?? Shouldn't you have that in your system. This place is horrible at customer support and are completely incompetent. They also said the APP they want us to use is not trustworthy .

This is the poorest run pharmacy. Employees yelling at each other. Witnessed the pharmacist yelling at a customer! Good grief y'all. We are all under the gun with this Covid environment. I've used this pharmacy for literally years with family members. It's never been a good experience at any point. So, today I just give up. Will not use this pharmacy again.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Always told it will take 2-3 hours to fill prescription and when I get there 4 hours later it's not ready. This has consistently happened for the last 4 months. This month they told me 2-3 hours and when I got there they told me they were out of that med. I was upset that I made the trip. They should have called me back saying they made a mistake. She blamed everything on the corporate office. As I left, that same girl behind the counter went to another girl and told her she "shouldn't have to put up with dykes like her". WTH. She should be fired for saying something like that. I'm not a lesbian but I find that kind of talk racist. I feel this type of remark and service needs to be addressed by management and corporate.
