The owner is pathetic to say the least. He books me a reservation over the phone, so I drive 2 hours for him to tell me that, they don't accept cash.. I explained to him my wallet was stolen so I was waiting on a new card to come in the mail. Could I leave 100 dollar bill for the 7,99 it cost to move in. Or whatever we could do. He laughs in my face and states. I'm sorry.. Nothing I can do for u... How bout next time tell the customer when booking over the phone, u don't accept cash u POS.... Waste 2 plus hour drive. U scumbag

While the owner was cordial when I called him about this issue, we had an infestation of rodents in BOTH of our units. We had hundreds of dollars worth of items totally ruined and we were basically told that unless you purchase their rental policy, you’re out of luck. I don’t even recall ever being offered the policy and neither does my husband. After 15 months of on time payments and an early move out, we were not even made an offer to refund the month, or a portion of the month that we weren’t going to be there. I think I’d have been better off just storing our items in a barn. If you’re going to use them, make sure you get the rental policy because you’re likely going to have things damaged like we did.

Very clean and secure facility, friendly and helpful staff, and the ability to manage/pay your account online is very convenient.Would definitely recommend to anyone.
