Because we were looking for something very specific, we ultimately found a match for our needs at a different dealership. Nevertheless, Platinum does a great job by offering nice units at an aggressive price point. Both Debbie and Teddy were kind, prompt, and accommodating during our entire transaction with them.

Buying is great. Get your service somewhere else. Got a 10,000 mile oil change service the last week of May. Came in for a recall and was charged for another service oil change, filter and rotation. Just under 4 months instead of the 10,000 miles. We did NOT request this. The 2023 car only has about 20,000 miles.

Amazing customer service. Having to work most of this deal remotely for the first time. Rj and Sam have kept me up to date every step of the way and could not ask for better customer service. Thank you guys yall are 5 stars in my book!

Apparently I can't get my vehicle serviced without dropping it of for 24 hours minimum. It's a shame, had been using this place since I bought my truck, but that policy is simply unmanageable.

This place is a JOKE . They damaged what they installed on my car .( they also knew and Failed to tell me) Charge more than what was initially estimated . Give me a weak discount acting like they did me a HUGE favor . $-80 off and charging $200 initially more is not right . Weren’t even willing to give me a PARTIAL refund . Stay away from this place .

My husband brings our Toyota here. I hate to have to deal with dealerships so I make my husband! But the other day I had to! Platinum was very helpful. Cooper especially was cordial. Thanks for making my adulting less taxing!

I've had my Toyota worked on at Platinum Toyota's service department several times and have been super happy with the service and care that I have received. I have especially come to trust Cooper, the service manager, and know that he will make sure that I receive the best service possible. I have used other shops previously but will now be using Platinum Toyota exclusively.
