Liers. Called days in advance to schedule an appointment, to find out they do not do appointments for things like oil changes. Just arrive before 4:30 PM Mon-Fri, or before 12 PM on Saturday. I arrive at 11:30 on Saturday, to be turned away that they won't be taking any more oil changes today, as the cut-off time is 11 PM. I drove 30 miles from home to get here, to have to drive 30 miles back home for absolutely nothing.

Classic Toyota of Texoma saved my car and my wallet!My car received an oil change service at another shop and they didn't replace the parts correctly. I had to get my car towed to Classic Toyota and not only did they look at it first thing in the morning, but they fixed my car and filled it with oil for FREE! I got my car back within 24 hours and they were amazing.Thank you Classic Toyota of Texoma!

David is the gem of sales person who helped me get a Rav4 hybrid. I cannot say enough great things about Lee Hubbard and Kaden Pennell. I read positive after positive reviews about Lee so I knew I had to email him directly for help. After dealing with other Toyota dealerships and very unpleasant salesmen, Lee was completely transparent, honest and overall a very pleasant human being. My mother is extremely grateful, as I am, for Lee. And Kaden was the best fiance manager we have EVER dealt with. If I knew our whole transaction from beginning to end was this easy... I wouldn't have even tried looking at any other dealership. So, if your on the fence to make a purchase here, I'm telling you, the reviews are all true. You won't find another Toyota dealership that is truly respectful of your time and transparent as this dealership is. Ask for Lee!

The A/C in my wife's Lexus stopped working. I brought it here for them to "diagnose" the problem. They charged me $300 and told me the couldn't find a leak or a problem. They recharged the system and said it is working. The next day, the freon had all leaked out again. I traced the system myself and found the evaporator and condesor were both leaking. It was a complete pain, but I replaced them both myself. Atleast I know it was done right and not by someone that couldn't find one of the two leaks. Let me tell you how much I enjoy paying $300 for a diagnosis and having to figure it out by myself after the "professionals" can't.

I had been looking for a toyota sequoia for more than 6 months and all places I found which had the vehicle were marking the car about 10-20k above sticker price depending on model, but no this place. David Dryden was one the best person I have bought anything ever from, he knew I had been looking for that car and got me on the lost and got the car to me at sticker price. He was very friendly to talk to and deal with. The whole dealership in general was not pushy on selling extra warranties something I have seen with my previous car buying experiences. Also got me a descent rate on interest. I would not buy a car from any other place in my life.Thank you david for being an amazing person.God Bless.

I have been a customer of Classic Toyota since they took over. My car is almost an antique but I never feel unwelcome there. I have received excellent service throughout the years and wouldn’t take my old faithful anywhere else for service. Thank you Classic Toyota to everyone, check in, parts, service, the young men who pick up & take customers home if needed,cashiers and phone operators.

I recently had my car serviced here and Bill Fisher was so helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to explain everything to me. It’s nice having a place close to home that I trust with our vehicles and know that we’ll be taken care of (even if I wasn't close, I would still go there just for the customer service). Thanks Bill!

Anyone that buys from the classic auto group is an idiot. Owner says service after the sale. Obviously that's bullshit. 155$ later and she leaves with less parts than car came with. 500 to fix cost me $35. Service advisor is a Picee of shit. Feel free to look at pics and get names. She took it. Told them it was cam sensor. Still charged her more for a car under warranty.

Worst customer service. I bought my car there two years ago and it went great but then my driver side low beam went out on a Friday and I took it to get serviced and Sam(customer service rep) was very rude and wouldn't listen to me at all.After being told it would take a day it is now 4 days later and my low beam still doesn't work and neither does my high beam. It still cost $650 and my car is in worse condition then it was when i took it in. Also be sure to take anything important off your key rings I HAD a key fob on mine but when I went back to pick up my car it was missing and let her know about it but she just ignored me and had no sympathy. They also price gouge they charged me $450 for a light bulb that i could get at O'Rileys for $105. It's insane.
