This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased in the last 3 years. Both were from Ted Lynn at Classic of Texoma. He and the entire staff at Classic have made both purchases seamless, fair and quick. No hassle. No tricks. No pressure. When it’s time to buy my kids their first cars Ted at Classic will be my only call.

Update:I received two phone calls from this place, asking me if I was satisfied with my service. When I returned the call with the number they gave, Samantha Bower answered. I said I want to speak with someone else. She hung up on me.At least they are consistent.I also looked up many, many articles on my 2020 Passport. There’s a ton of recalls, Omar and Sam said there were ZERO recalls on it. Lies again. I had actually been there to service one recall at least. There are many active lawsuits against Honda currently for their Passport, Pilots, and Acuras since 2020. They all refer to the electrical system failing in the car. This is not an honest business and they ARE NOT putting their customers first or treating them with respect. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with and I do not recommend them to anyone that lives in Texoma.This review is in reference to the Honda service department.Do not take your car there.They lie, they do not call you back, they are rude and condescending.I have had the same issues with my 2020 vehicle since I purchased it. It has been under warranty and I was taken care of so well the last two years by a former employee. I had a recall on my starter and I have recurring issues with my audio system being completely black and not working since I have owned this vehicle.About 5-6 six months ago, I was told I needed the entire audio computer system replaced. I was promised, that if I gave their ‘quick fix’ a chance to work, and it didn’t, they would replace my compete audio computer system for free. They said my model car is known for audio issues.At the time I had about 6 months left on my warranty. When it inevitably broke this summer, I was put on a wait list to have it fixed several times. Each time I called, I was told by a very rude employee, Sam, that I was not on the wait list, but she would put me on it. This happened a few times over months. I’m a recent voicemail, I was told by Omar, another service employee, that Sam said I had never been there before. Click, hung up. They are short and rude every time.I finally get my car in. Sam is super short and rude every time I speak with her. She says, they will ‘take care of it’ rudely. As if she is doing me a favor.I am told they do not need to replace my audio computer, they only need to replace my Faulkner cables. Also, Sam lies to me and says she is the manager.THREE other employees told me she is NOT the manager and they get complaints about her all the time, almost every day.I pick up my car yesterday, no one can find my key for awhile. Then, I am told I cannot have my bill for services rendered to car that day. They would not give it to me. I am then told, they only did a factory reset on my audio. Oh, and a complementary car wash.The GM, William Kazanji, is rude and condescending towards females. He tried to keep telling this ‘young lady’ some ‘life lessons,’ instead of getting me my bill of service or apologizing.Steve Jones, the actual Service manager never called me back one time and refused to see me when I came in for my car.This entire establishment is unethical and disrespectful towards their customers.

Chad was absolutely great to work with. He was patient while i went from car to car and got me exactly what i wanted , more than fair price for my trade in and payment exactly where i was wanting it. 10/10 recommend working with him

Visited here for my first car purchase and they got me into a beautiful car that exceeded my expectations and that I couldn't be happier with. They are very efficient with time and accommodate to you, the customer, very well. Paperwork wasn't a daunting task that had to be done page by page. Sam had everything there and ready for each step of the way. I want to especially thank Michael for addressing my "first buyer" questions with the best and most polite attitude. He was the best salesman I encountered in my whole excursion in finding a vehicle. The best part is that he genuinely heard what I was searching for and what I was not in the market for.Thank you Classic of Texoma, I look forward to doing business with you in future purchases.

Visited today (7/31/23) for maintenance on our vehicle. We have been using Classic for the last 4 years. Today we had a terrible experience with a person in the service Department. He tried to upsale services to us when all we went in for was an oil change and tire rotation. When we refused the other services he was trying to sell, it took a long time for the oil change and tire rotation, when my husband noticed our vehicle completed and parked on the parking lot he went to inquire about the invoice as we had been waiting quite a while. The man snapped at him as he sat at the desk with 3 or 4 invoices stacked up unprocessed as well. He was a terrible representation of the excellent service we have become accustomed to from Classic. My husband complained to several other people in the building and once we got the invoice to pay, the tires had not been rotated. Our tires are fairly new and the service guy told us the back two needed to be replaced. After a heated discussion between he and my husband the guy yelled "did I try to sell you tires!" In front of people sitting awaiting their vehicles. What this person didn't know was we were planning on trading the car for the Highlander on the showroom floor. We had already requested a trade in quote. We had looked at the floor model while waiting for our car to be serviced. We will not be buying another vehicle from Classic, you can advertise the whole "relax and enjoy the difference" all day long but as long as your service staff are rude and unprofessional the difference you are going to see is business going elsewhere. The young man who got us a trade in quote was very nice and understood how upset my husband was at the time we left. I felt bad because that young man missed out on a sale over the behaviors of the service tech.We've enjoyed the last 4 years with Classic but will not be returning after today's visit. It's true, bad employees can sink a business. The guy in service should never hold a position with customer service.

Well when I bought my car in 2021 the sales man David was a total champ, he help me with all my needs an even stayed later after closing to sign my papers. Yet the service team is a different story, I took my car up there last Friday at 9:30am for a appointment an the funny part. When I called up there Saturday for a update they told me tech is just looking at it, so I asked why did I make a appointment if my car wasn't going to looked at that day. The lady made it very clear that it wasn't a appointment it was a reservation, like what I didn't know my car was staying in a hotel. Yet my car wasn't ready on Saturday nor even Monday. I missed 3 days of work bc the lied about when my car should of been ready. I finally go my car back Tuesday at 10:24 after they said it would be ready at 9-10 am. That's not even the worst part my gas mileage was averaging 31-34 miles with my range with my full tank, just so you know my full tanks before my services was about 370miles. I got my car back an i was only averaging in the 23-28, with a full tank going 281 miles. What did they do to my car, or what did they do to yours? The point I'm getting at is be honest with your valued customers bc Honda in Denison lost my business, everyone just be aware of everything.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I've never had a better sales experience in any capacity from start to finish, from the salesman Chad to the finance manager Travis. I even got to meet the sales manager William, who congratulated me on my first Corvette. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a used car, they were upfront and honest about the car with a fair or maybe even below market price to boot. Made my first dealership car purchase in 16 years an absolute breeze and well worth the 250 mile drive to get there!

Never have I ever had a more enjoyable time purchasing a vehicle! From initial contact online to delivery, I felt like I was a valued customer.This dealership doesn’t play games. They are honest and not sneaky. We drove out of our way to purchase from Classic Texoma as other dealerships in DFW were trying to scam us with extra fees and BS. If we need to buy another vehicle in the future, this will be our first and only stop.You won’t go wrong when working with Classic Texoma. If you need a referral, tell them I sent you! (They have a referral program)

Bought a new Honda HR-V and worked with Eric. Process was super smooth and everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable. For me transparency is key to earning my business and this dealership went above and beyond. Definitely see myself coming back when I am in the market again.

This was a very simple straight forward process. Ted was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I did have a potential issue they worked with me to make sure I was comfortable in the car. I appreciated their reasonableness and will recommend them.

This dealership is the absolute best dealership I have ever worked with. They do not add any dealer markup and the only accessory they tack on is tint for $299, which I wanted anyways. So it really was a convenience accessory for me since I didn’t have to take it anywhere after I bought the car. Jacob Byrum was outstanding- very patient, knowledgeable and everything was transparent. Zach, the finance manager, was very quick and low pressure. Jacob and I did the whole purchasing process via text and email. When I arrived he took a test drive with me to make sure I was comfortable with the car, had me sign 3-4 papers and then sent me to Zach, the finance manager. Same thing, just signed 3-4 papers and I was done. The actual paper process between Jacob and Zach combined took only 20 minutes. I half expected them to tack some additional fees when I got there, but the quote they emailed me was right down to the exact cent. If I could give this place 6 out of 5 stars I would. I really wish more dealerships were as honest and customer focused as they are.

I found the jeep online that I wanted to look at, when we got there it was up on the big pedestal ramps. I found a salesman and ask if it was able to be taken down for a test drive. Sam got it down and let us drive it, and we loved it. We decided to buy it and everything about the experience dealing with Sam was great. He was never pushy or over bearing like most salesman we have dealt with in the past when we got to financial we dealt with Kade, and he was equally as amazing. We will definitely be back to buy our daughter’s vehicle from here.
